hey folks - I'm a new member to this forum and a relatively new collector. Anyway, I've been offered a Devil's Snare card (of 100) from SS Artbox and I'm trying to get an idea of what to offer as a fair price. My friend (the seller) doesn't really have a reference as we can't seem to find a recent sale on eBay and the most recent Non-Sport Update (Vol 18, No. 4) lists the card at $400USD.
I realize the card is rare but hopefully not $400 rare. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, and welcome to the forum!
If you look in our Price Guide (click the tab at the top of the screen), you can see how the average price of the Devil's Snare and how much it has fetched in the most recent auctions. The most recent auctions is generally a better indicator of current market prices.

The devil's snare is a cool card. Hope you find it at a fair price.

Thanks Roz. I got the Devil's Snare last week at a decent price. I've also contributed a few of my recent eBay Potter auctions won to the price guide (and will continue to do so). This is a great forum.

Believe it or not, I started collecting during the '07 San Diego Comic Con. have been a Potter fan for a long time and got caught up w/ the collecting bug. I have a decent fledgling collection that's growing so I'm kind of a new to the shack newbie (who has gone off the deep end on eBay, hahaha).  |

Maybe I saw you hanging around the Artbox booth. I usually wore a baseball hat, but one day I had on a Galactica viper flightsuit, and I was mostly seen with a dapper Englishman named Graham. Did we chat in line? |
