In another topic Allender mentioned a couple of characters that JKR has put in her books but will probably never mention again, sort red herrings. So I was wondering who everyone would like to know more about. Maybe Dumbledore's older brother and his goats or how Ernie became a bus driver?
I would love to know more about the generation before Lilly and James (yes I am greedy and want a whole era
). Why are they all dead? Where are the Potters and what happened to all the Black's. It seems that the majority of wizards have no close family left - Molly is all about family but apart from mentioning dead brothers she appears to have no other relatives. I can't believe it was just Voldemort that devastated the wizarding community. I wonder if they are all dead or if they left for somewhere else?
Anyway I will have another think and try and narrow it down to one character that I want to know everything about but will probably never hear about again
