oh my god jfer21 thats great news mate, and very nice.
i am so worried as so far me and sam have 4 repemtions, and im really not quite sure of the process of doing it and on the Artbox web site they dont really have clear instrucions on what to do if your from abroad

i just hope people can answer a few questions for me?

Q jfer21 did you send just the one prof sprout auto to artbox?
Q should i write my infomation on the back of each cards? or attach them to a letter clearly stating my very long UK address?
Q should i send all four off together in one envelope? and will the get back to me as the set of four?
Q should i get them sent by international sign for? or just normal air mail with insurance?
please help, im lost in a world of redemptions

regards mike
Nice auto Jennifer - I was very curious to see what her auto would look like and now I know!!

I've heard that four out of the six redemptions are ready to be redeemed, and that the Percy and Ginny autos are the ones still waiting to be returned.

Mike - when I returned my redemptions, I wrote my name and address details on the back of every card rather than a covering letter. My reasoning behind doing this was that if one of the redemptions had to be held back for whatever reason, then they'd know exactly who it belonged to!

I also packaged each redemption separately inside soft sleeves/hard toploaders/team bags, so that the returned autograph would have it's own packaging that they'd re-use everything which they did.
I sent mine well-protected inside a jiffy mailer and opted for international signed-for postage, but it's your choice on the shipping of course. At least with the signed-for option you're able to see when someone has signed for it on receipt, which is useful.
The autos are normally returned to you in ordinary white envelopes rather than jiffy mailers/Global Priority mailers and they normally have a covering letter from Artbox in with them stating which number auto you have.
In the first instance, you should contact the Customer Services team here:
customerservice@artboxent.com and if you prefer an alternative return shipping method, then you should ask them what options are available to you. You might have to pay for insured return postage, so I'd ask.

Thankfully, the correct redemption address is printed on the reverse of each card for this set. so that shouldn't be a problem.
Hope that helps Mike!
