Great stuff Ian, hopefully we will see more of your collection!!!  I just cracked 2 more cases, really dissappointed, I hoped that the next Walks I pulled would be the colored Arwen    I know, you guys feel sorry for my bad luck lately on finding her.  I did give you a little bit more of the Walks card to try and figure out which one it is Smiley

eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!  Shocked Shocked Shocked
*wipes drool off keyboard* ..... GORGEOUS Frodo sketch Zach from one of my fave artists ... *mwah!!* love it to bits!!  Grin Grin Grin
Actually, I wouldn't say that the rest of those cases were cruddy either - I definitely wouldn't be complaining if I'd been fortunate to pull them Zach!  Wink Grin Grin  ROFL!

De Orc - you need a free photo hosting site - something like photo bucket here: http://photobucket.com/ .... then you upload the scans from your hard drive on your comp to the account you've created for yourself and then insert the image url that is created by your photo hosting site for each card you upload between the insert image tag - [img ]http://*url goes here*[/img] - when you post a reply ... it's the little picture frame icon on the bottom row of icons.
Good luck with it and I look forward to seeing your cards!  Wink Grin

Hi Zach:

Nice selection of sketch cards.  Who is the Artist for the Aragorn sketch card, the one 4th row down on the left?  I can't make out the name as the image is too small.  Thanks.  The middle Pence Eowyn is outstanding.   Smiley

Hi all...just a heads up...

I recently sold my "Mines of Moria" card to a terrific and honorable UK collector via Ebay...and just yesterday...5/12...the day it arrived for pick-up...some disgusting human orc decided to slit open the Global Express package and steal the contents...which included both the "Moria" LOTR Masterpieces sketch card...and a submission study of Gandalf riding the Eagle away from Orthanc...

...please keep an eye out for either image as you go to card shops or conventions...and kindly let me know if you spot this sketch card anywhere...

...it was headed to London...I'm sure the thief had no idea what was inside the package...they just saw it's value and I'm hoping they'll try and sell it somehow somewhere...so...any extra eyes on the lookout would be both a blessing and help us in our quest to bring justice to this dispicable creature...

...thanks so much... Angry Embarrassed :'( Praying

As I posted in the other thread about this - just terrible Len!  I hope you get some resolution on this matter and somehow the stolen card is recovered!   Praying

Thanks Ed...I just feel sorry for David...I know what it is to be an OCD collector, and when you know you won a sketch card that you really need for your collection...you wait and wait and wait with excited anticipation for it to arrive safe and sound in your own little shire...I can only imagine his abject horror when he went to pick it up and was greeted with an empty slit package with a note that stated that it looked like the package had been tampered with...

...I only pray that it surfaces at some convention or is quitly shopped around and somehow this sludge is arrested and the sketch card recovered...

...thanks for your concern...and I'd appreciate as many eyes as possible to be on the lookout... Shocked Praying

Len:

As Gandalf said to paraphrase "I will keep both eyes open as much as I can spare them" for you.  Any word on the missing artwork?   Praying

Well I just got 2 cases from a fellow collector needless to say I ripped them out of the Post guys hands and slammed the door and started ripping them open Smiley    Really great cases. And my dad cracked one of his last remaining cases over the weekend, and did really well as well.  Smiley  Here are the best sheets from my 2 cases

And the case of my dad's (yes 2 great De Liz sketches!!!)
