Hey guys,
   I assume that this has been discussed on the board before, but I couldn't find it anywhere.  I was wondering if anyone knows how trading card companies go about inserting special cards into packs?  Is it done by machine?  By hand?  Just curious.

I believe they are done by machine, which accounts for the regularity and the patterns in the locations of the chase/insert cards in boxes (and how the 'cherry picker' makes his living).

But hopefully sketchqueen will check in and give some advice based on her own experiences Smiley
