I came across this site because I'm looking for help about a dodgy mobile phone message. I received a message from>PER that I can't open or delete. I think someone here may have come across this before.

What should I do?

Hello Catherine - Welcome to the Yak Shack!! Grin

I believe another Forum member complained about the same thing as you and was told to contact their service provider (ie. Orange, O2, Vodaphone etc) and get them to delete it for you from your account.

Hope that helps? Wink

This is so spooky.  I started the original thread but deleted it when my phone was 'cured' .  I never imagined anyone else would have the same problem.

Apparently it is an update the network send out to update the voice mail.  If you switch your phone off and on it will disappear..  That will teach me for deleting a topic I started then thought would be of absolutley no use to anyone.  But I am impressed Jules.  Good memory  Grin

heehee I remembered reading it and couldn't find it again .... not likely to if you'd deleted it! Roll Eyes Wink
Glad to help and thanks for clarifying it further Sharon ... I'll be able to quote it back to others when they ask 'what's this?' LOL Grin
