OMG!! OMG!!! Good thing these chapter discussions are here. While the first chapter was good, this one. AHH. So it appears that Snape is evil. Not that some of us didn't suspect this, but still. Wow. This really makes things interesting. I can't believe Dumbeldore doesn't suspect Snape at all...
And what is Draco to do? Something to Harry perhaps?
My mind is still reeling from this entire chapter. I want to hear others thoughts!

I dont know if snape really is evil, hes just very good at covering up that he is not evil... did you notice during the unbreakable vow, when narcissa asks him to carry out the deed if Draco cannot, his hand "twitched within hers", so he cant be entirely bad...

true. And I still have a hard time believing he's totally a bad guy...
I wonder if he is playing both sides?? He's looking out for himself first and foremost.
I'm up to chapter 13 and not much more on Snape...but I have a feeling there will be more later on.

Well I saw an interview with JK a while back who told us not to get too fond of Snape, but I'm not willing to give him up as a bad job yet Wink

I just can't understand why Dumbledore would trust him if not

I was OMG I had alwasy hoped Snape was really on the side of good, but this chapter looks very bad indeed. Although I was wondering if we will get a flip side at some point  Undecided Did you notice that he didn't actually seem to know what Draco was up to but just going alonge with Naricissa, I might have got it wrong but that what it looks like to me. Maybe Snape is on neither just which ever suits him at the time.  Roll Eyes Did he actually say where he was when Voldemort got zapped when he killed Harry, did she ask that?  Huh

I've been going through and slowly all the pictures and snippets are making sense Wink

I am just upset in general.  Snape was one of my favorite characters.  So for me, this whole thing was a huge let down.
