I got an email back from the seller and have responded with the "mutually agreed" detail , which I found on ebay with the help of Roz .. this would appear to be the best solution for all

I shall await detail from the seller and let all know .. Huh

Well ,, this was in my mail this morning. I have emailed back to say that I wish to purchase nothing and have offered to pay the sellers fee's
Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad
Well, I will tell you that I am bugged! I never miss represented. I put in the description what it said on the box. You did a "Buy it Now" option, you could have asked all your question prior to hitting the button. I understand the shock of shipping alone is hard, so I have another suggestion.

I expect a sale. How about I send you the following:
1 Box Topper
4 Chase Cards
1 Quiddich Robe

And you choose one of the following
Dervish and Banges (has a non color varient on the side)
Zonko's

I could ship Global Priority Mail which is $5 plus $1 for material. Add $10 for it to be insured.

Once payment has been received, I will file the mutual agreement and relist the box.

Do we have an accord?

Rubbish - what''s he going to make you pay for those trinkets? The full $70? And he'll STILL file the mutual agreement and get his money bacjk - continue to be polite but basically say "no chance"

If he won't budge go for the cards of course not the box coz you wont get nothing from that box and yea, you'll lose out but it's better than having a crap box  Undecided
