Thanks Mike.  Hey, i found this link today and I just thought I'd share it for all you Hermione Granger fans out there.  Noble Collections is coming out with an illuminating wand for her.  The link doesnt currently have a picture yet, which is which you cant find the item on Noble's main catalog I think.  Hence why you must use the direct link.

http://www.noblecollection.com/catalog/product.cfm?id=NN8028&catid=0

Looks like it will be coming out within the next two months.  Maybe they'll hae a picture soon.

(actually, I'm quite glad you decided to post that, as I'm sure all us Hermione fans like this wand; I know I do. I just needed an excuse to post my 'So Glad You Decided to Post' picture 'cause I think it's funny  Evil)

Thnaks, thats so cool! But, I might have to pass on it. The Harry wand has a pretty big handle and everyone says its a bit bulky and this one is thin so Shocked

If this has been discussed, just point me to the right thread.
I'm trying to make a replica prop of Harry's acceptance letter.  I've found this copy of what was in the inside, but it doesn't match up with what Artbox put on thier cards.
What does everyone think about this?  Could there have been 2 different styles for the inside content?  Is the full page picture a fraud?  Does anyone have a screen shot of the 2nd page of the letter that lists the 1st year requirements?
I posted this on a Harry Potter props site, but I don't think some of the people there know what I'm talking about (except Mike)  Wink  and some aren't happy with prop card collecting either.  Roll Eyes

This is getting curiouser and curiouser!  Wink
Here are 2 Artbox cards of the letter.  Both swatches are from the SAME PAGE, but one is hand written and one is typed.  I'm leaning to think maybe one was for screen shots and one was just for Daniel to hold?
The sentance says:
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted into Hogwart School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Students shall be required to report to the Chamber of Reception upon arrival.....etc,etc.

All I could find was part of the letter, but not the school book and supplies list.

Do you have a link to the prop site?

Maybe the typewritten swatch is from the list of things Harry will need to buy before starting term?
Just a thought ...

It is, but take a look at the 2nd page on the first photo.  That's the list of supplies.  It's handwritten on that one, not typed.

Do you have a link to the prop site?

Its a forum, started by me because some HP fans on RPF (Replica Prop Forum) were unhappy about how there wasn't many post in the little HP thread they had Grin But RPF is still good if your a huge Star Wars fan Wink

Yes Kelly,

They didn't seem to get it Roll Eyes I think the type writer look is correct. Mostly because its in the prop card (they said the full handwritten one was correct on the forum, for now anyways) so I'd got with that one. The Supply List and Letter is different as you can see but I'm sure that was expected Tongue

I printed out a butterbeer lable today.  Grin  I didn't do this one myself.  I got it free off the RPF website.  I bought a bottle of weird soda at the store today and removed the lable, printed off the butterbeer lable on some photo sticker paper and there you go.  It's actually a bit crooked, so I'll probably reprint the large front lable and redo.  Nothing major, it just bothers me.  Roll Eyes  Like I said, I didn't do this one, so if anyone wants the lable, PM me and I'll send it to you.  Forgive the photo, my camera wasn't working right tonight for some reason.  It actually looks better in person.

Hi Kelly,

For some reason your original pictures never loaded on my screen it's probably down to me having an ancient PC!!!.
Any chance you might be able to email the pictures of your sculptures to me?
