It is!!! He tried selling it BIN at $65 again after I refused it and used my scan. After it didn't sell, again, that's when he went to a .99 cent to start the auction.  |

I think that seller might have learned a lesson about posting the correct picture with his auction.
Yes, he should now know that people do actually care what their card will look like. |

The lower price could also be due to GOF. If he hadn't wasted so much time relisting it with high expectations, he might have gotten a better price weeks ago.
