There is a guy with a shop on ebay stores selling one sealed case for around $1900. Item #6101282429.
Is that too expensive-will i still think it is in two weeks?

Hi
I managed to get one case, a master set off ebay (well a semi-master set-no props) and a pear tree leaf card from thecollectorzone.
Still deciding what to let go and what to keep.
Perhaps i should post the case breakdown in another thread.

Now, herein lies the potential problem with dealers sitting on cases.....potential market flood when one dealer a few months/years down the line breaks open his cases and starts making money. All the other dealers will do the same, who knows what will happen then?? I know I know 'Risk' is not my middle name.... Cheesy

I really don't think there are as many dealers sitting on cases as one would think.  I think the big UK dealers (MPC and Cards Inc) are sitting on some cases, but overall with only 500 case I think that a good chunk of them have been opened and sold.  Even if there were 200 cases sitting out there unopened.  That is still a very low number, simply because there were so few cases to begin with.  I think that we have seen the biggest flood of boxes and singles that we will see.  I wouldn't wait around to long in hopes of seeing more singles or boxes online.  I am not a dealer just a collector with a maxed out credit card (but sitting on 35 unopened boxes) and plan to sell whatever boxes that I need to now (in addition to the cards on ebay from my hot box) to pay for my investment.  And then I would really like to make some decent money on any remaining boxes closer to christmas.  Is this wrong of me?  This is the first time that I have been able to conjur up the will power to leave so many unopened boxes.  (well my wife conjured up most of the willpower for me with mild to severe threats Smiley  )  Anyways, I have been a firm believer in these cards from 2 months before they were released and I pre-ordered my first 3 cases, and I still think it is a good time to be buying if you haven't already.

Welcome greenpaw! On another thread we were trying to find out where all the Pear Tree Leaves went! Any chance of revealing which number you have. So far only 15, 18,22 and 23 are accounted for! All board members here! Cheers!
