Both Phoroshop and PSP are excellent programs. I've always used PSP so it's what I'm used to but I believe Adobe's ok  he hee it's pretty much the most popular one out there!

Even though it's (Adobe) the most popular one out there, last time I checked it was still expensive (even when I got the student discount). Given that it's the most expensive, I can't see how it's got the popularity when PSP would work just the same
