I was gonna try for the Howler, but the price just shot up! In any regard, congrats! Honestly, you could make a proffesional career in selling prop relicas BTW, if I remember correctly, the DVD for POA has some pretty good shots of some Honeydukes stuff in the extras section ... that might be worth your time to get some stills. The number of stills I've taken from the movie to help with my props is silly!  I'll have another look at the extras part...I don't think I've screen capped any of that yet As for the Honeydukes bag, there was an official replica made by Warner Brothers. The Zonkos bag was also made. I haven't compared them in detail, but they are similar.
Anyways, I can't wait to see your other creations!
Are there any pics anywhere of these official replicas? I've just done a google search for them, but can't find anything  Hmm...wonder what you'd get if you made a map for auction? If it goes aswell as the howler, loads hopefully! lol Although the map is alot harder than it looks. I'm still doing bits to it, but taking breaks making smaller props in between  |

Maybe someone on the forum bought one and can post a picture? If anyone has a picture, or knows a link it would be very much appreciated if you could post it! Looks like I'm going to be making another Howler and putting it up for auction. A few people sent me emails asking this, so I might as well. Also, next up is the exploding bon-bons replica... I have the cellophane for the packaging inside, but I'm still trying different methods for printing the outer packaging first (p.s sorry about the water marks all over the pics, but I spent alot of time drawing things myself, e.g the clown and face because there weren't any pictures clear enough. Just when I think you can't do anything more amazing you do  That bag is going to look fantastic. In fact it already looks so good I am a bit embarrassed calling it a bag.  Have you had any more thoughts about the Black tapestry? I know you are up to your armpits in howlers, bon bons and maps at the moment but I was thinking that if you were interested then everyone could start working out who was related to whom. I wish I was talented like you but I am just one of these people who come up with the bright ideas  |
