Ok not so much a want list but how about people involved in Secret Santa use this thread to list their likes (non-card) and maybe their wants list (cards). I figure this will give people a head start when deciding what to buy people.
Good idea or not??

Great idea, just because I know it is all about the thought ( and a great big one to roz for thinking about it) But I would like to get something I know that they need or would like, not end up getting something they have just to sell or try to have to trade for something they need.. If thats what you meant sorta?  GOod Idear, I will think up of somethings and post! |

I personally like any autograph card worth over £50 which is guarenteed to fetch a fair bit on ebay after 25th december  Nah i like Base sets...Base sets...Base sets, and im missing lotr trilogy chrome  and SW heritage I know the shame not owning such great sets  I also like sweatbands |

Great idea Olly! I will start. I love the LOTR's. I collect both the Decipher and Topps cards but no need to look in that direction as I have just about everything put out to date minus some of the higher value Auto cards. I am as you can see by my avatar a huge Aragorn fan so anything to do with him would be wonderful.  And a big thanks to whoever is my Secret Santa!! |

Ok cool. My turn....I am a Harry Potter fan more so than LOTR (sorry LOTR fans) As I am a card dealer there aren't many cards I am after but I do have a confession.... I'M READY!!! I'm a HUGE Spongebob Squarepants fan!! |

I've noticed you like sweatbands Ben... is it some kind of fetish thing? :p I like... um... oh I don't know. I'm useless at giving other people ideas for what to get me. Nintendo characters are high on my list, and weird Japanese stuff is also cool in a fascinating way. Other than that everyone knows I'm a big fan of LOTR and Harry Potter |

mmmmm ... *thinking*.... Well, I'm sure Roz knows by now what a complete LOTR nut I am  but I'm also a Harry Potter fan too (though that's more the books than the cards.) LOTR - I've pretty much got all the base and update sets, plus the costumes and some auto cards ... I do collect other LOTR stuff ... bookmarks, postcards, stamps, jigsaws ... basically the small stuff cos I don't have the space! LOL HP - The only cards I have from PoA and PoAU are the base sets, chase foils, box toppers and the Cards Inc promo cards I won on here ~ I don't have any prop/costume/auto cards at all. I was thinking about getting just one costume from the update set but haven't done anything about it ..... yet ... I also like Star Wars ... Van Helsing ... Scorpion King/Mummy Returns (I'm a HUGE fan of the WWE Wrestling and The Rock! LOL) I have no idea who my Secret Santa is, so I hope this helps you and a big 'Thank You' in advance! |
