I have these they were only available in the Harry Potter tins (US Version) I paid double that but for the tins too.

I only have the red tin T2, but want the blue one.  I paid $10 for the red one in my local mall (they still have them) and it comes with 4 retail packs and that special card.  I am still looking for the blue one.
