OK. Last week these little smiley faces were moving, now they're not.   
I thought it might have been due to the Shack going down a few days ago, but Cindy just told me that
it was working. Which means it's my browser. I use Internet Explorer and I checked under "tools". Everything looks OK. Does anyone know exactly what I'm looking for?? (I'm a little computer illiterate)

ermmmmmmm have you got a firewall running on your computer Jackie?
I was thinking that if you have some of the settings set too high it will block the gifs (moving smilies) from working properly.
Sorry to be so vague but I've forgotten where I looked on my own comp when I had a similar problem some time ago - guess I've been to sleep a few times since then!
