so has Artbox severed all ties with WB and the HP franchise now?

this appears to be the nail in the coffin.

6  Harry Potter / Diagon Alley / Re: POA Update MASTER SET - for sale on: September 14, 2010, 08:08:47 PM
you're right.

i cant afford to keep collecting, and the money from the cards, could be used else where Smiley

i gave up at the OOTPU.  alot of the cards are now repeats anyway, same autos, same costumes.  only really the props that are different.

if you add up the price of each of the cards in the POAU set it would come to more than £2,000 i think.

i just need to find the time to scan and list inidvidually.
7  Harry Potter / Diagon Alley / Re: POA Update MASTER SET - for sale on: September 14, 2010, 02:36:02 PM

triple
harry
ron

i have seen the triple listed at £999 with best offer.  and £400 on the others  Shocked Shocked

cant in all honesty remember what i paid for them.

i was thinking maybe £600 for the triple and £300 each on the others.

14  Harry Potter / Order of the Phoenix Update Set / Re: LATEST on Kathryn Hunter and Brendan Gleeson auto`s on: September 23, 2009, 12:43:07 PM
they (artbox) should send back the redemption cards then, cos at the moment we have no auto or redemption.

i think the collectors should have something
15  Harry Potter / Diagon Alley / Re: Help required from the USA to complete CCG sets on: September 14, 2009, 04:05:58 PM

16  Harry Potter / Prisoner of Azkaban Artbox Trading Cards / Re: POA Master Set on: June 18, 2009, 03:39:10 PM
right, ok then.  i have done some maths, using the price guide and trying to remember what i paid for the cards i have come up with a master set price.

Autos = £600
Costumes = £360
Props = £2,710

so a total price for a master set, and that means MASTER , (all promos and tins and extras)

£4,000!!!!!!!!!!! Shocked
17  Harry Potter / Prisoner of Azkaban Artbox Trading Cards / Re: POA Master Set on: June 03, 2009, 09:29:39 PM
interesting discussion.

and you may be right in saying to sell them individually, as most collectors would have some of the cards already, so may only want a couple.  i still have yet to add them up as individual cards though.  i think an offer of £1,500 for the set is some what cheap!!

there have been some POA cards on ebay recently with BINS, cant remember exactly and not sure if they sold.  what i may do is list the master set with a high BIN price, i mean HIGH and use best offer to see what people put in.  or i could list with a really high reserve as an auction and see how high it goes.
but do i really want to sell it??  i have soldquite alot of my HP cards alreadt to fund other things, and this would really be the last set i sell.

anyway, all thoughts and ideas are appreciated.

will do that.

and you're probably right about the pear tree card.  people may be put of by it not being numbered.

with 1-of-a-kind unnumbered pear tree leaves card Grin
