Never pulled one of the 'big' autos before so safe to say i'm reasonably pleased with that! Slightly disappointed to double up on Luna auto and C18 but other than that can't really grumble.

I haven't heard anything yet, but judging by a thread on the Doctor Who Outpost Gallifrey forum they have had over 1,000 entries so i'm assuming that will take some proof reading!! I would expect it to be early April at least.

I'm taking the approach of trying not to think too much about it! If i don't hear anything that's just one of those things, if i do then great!

I'm quite 'lucky' as i spend my weekdays at home looking after the kids and doing the housework, so when the weekend comes i get to do my own thing most of the time.

Most of the research is for 'locations' or suitable settings- i tend to set most of my stuff down in devon, partly because i spent most of my younger years down there and know it well and partly so that i can get to see my beloved Argyle play!! And it's quite a nice drive from where i am at the moment which helps to 'loosen my mind' and relax me.

I don't know about anyone else but i need to be on my own when i write- i don't deal well with distractions, i either get really cheesed off or end up doing something other than what i was supposed to be concentrating on 

I tend to go armed with a bottle of Southern Comfort too! Being on my own in a hotel room with a PC and a glass of falling down juice with some music on is my idea of heaven. A slice of fried gold

I think that other Yak entrant into the competition would be me then Roz!

Of course, if i don't win i would be only too pleased to share, let the world see my story, that sort of thing!

I'm also currently plotting a 'Who-less' novel (sci-fi/horror) amongst the 55 milion other things systematically taking over my life. Still in the early stages of development at the moment but it's tremendous fun gathering all of the information and drawing up my characters. And it's a good excuse for a weekend away!

Got a Jack Haley cut auto!

Does anyone know how much these are worth? I've seen one listed on  with a buy-it-now of £130, wondered if this was a fair price?

Also got JM1 auto in same box, with a sketch card too!

Plenty more cards available on  though, including some from old Who and X-Files sets and various oddments(as soon as i get 5 minutes to list them!)

I have yet to list the sketch redemption card, the only completed listing so far went for £72, the three others listed all seem to be around the £35-40 mark at the moment, so i'm not sure what to do with it yet.

I got so fed up waiting i sent an email to Strictly Ink last week, politely asking if my 4 boxes had been shipped yet. Lo and beold they arrived the next day! Might be worth just asking them if you haven't already. Despite their excellent products SI have a track record for being quite slow, although obviously this is sometimes beyond their control!!

Hate to say it, but i don't think England will mount a serious challenge this time around, too many injuries and totally different conditions. Won't stop me sitting up to watch it every night of course, some of us are just fools!

I tried to watch all of the X Files a few months back, got up to the middle of Season 7 before admitting defeat!
