Hi,

I have been away for quite some time just been really busy. My partner and I are wanting to set up our own website to sell small level trading cards (but dont want to use ebay anymore as costs per auction too high and dont want to open a shop on there) I am after some advice on if anyone knows what web companies are the the best but relativly cheap to host as this is just a hobbie and also the best way of buying in .
Also if anyone has a shop and would like us to link them to us or banner adverts once set up maybe we could have a chat to see if good for all parties.

Morning All,

I haven't been on here for some time but thought I should make an appearance.
I am looking to sell my Batman Begins cards which consist of the base set,the foil chase set,3 prop cards including the ultra rare chest plate,Cillian Murphy- Scarecrow autocard and a one off card especially drawn for me by Mr Warren Martineck which you may of seen when I posted last year.
I am selling due lack of space and trying to reduce what I have before I move.

I am not sure what they are worth if anyone is interested please let me know.

Hi,

I bought the hellboy film ondvd when it first came out and sad to say only watched it at the weekend ad was bowled over it's awesome, I have just bought the 1st animated dvd fro play their exclusive box setwhich comes with a 32 page comic and 3 bust-ups figurines.
I would love to know how much a box of these trading cards will cost me or if anyone has a box for sale please let me know,also how much will the Mike Mignola sketches cost on there own?

Hi,

I collected ths set and only need the top 2 autos, I have sen them go for around 300-400 each,then kate bosorth expect to pay around 60+ then the others you can find on eay for between 10-25 pound.

Happy belated birthday im 30 tomorrow on tuesday 6th feb

I thought it was funny that the remote control K-9 was larger than a Yorkshire Terrier.
I saw a toy like this in a toy shop window when I was about 6 and never was able to get it then that's why I'm going to try my hardest to get this one as it could become quite a collector's item.

I watched the pilot episode of this and loved it but have missed a few now i think are they going to be repeated anyone know i'm getting withdrawl symptons.

Also hoping someone gets me the remote control replica of K-9 it looks awesome and has so many features.
A great toy for a kid and a collector like me who is 30 in Feb.

I have seen this trailer a few times now and am still struck in amazement and facial spasms when I see the level they have gone with this show,it looks visualy stunning lets just hope the story lines are good aswell!!!

I am new to reading comics used to read a few when I was younger,then started again a few years back and collected some of the battle of the planets comics.
Then about 2 months ago started again and am now currently reading Marvel's exciting Civil War ,Frontline.Fantastic Four tie in to Civil War,Amazing Spiderman Civil War tie in.
Also reading the following:

The Justice League Of America - New DC Comic
Wonder Woman - New DC Comic
All Star Superman - This is an amzing story and consists of 12 issues currently on issue # 5
All Star Batman And Robin - Again excellent read.
Ghost Rider - New MArvel Series
Fantastic Four- !st Family - This was a story over 6 comics of how they became who they are.
Battlestar Galactica - New comic with untold stories between season 1 and 2 of the new tv series.

Now just trying to find a shop in the Uk that sells comic boxes with low postage,as i saw some that were like drawers and are based in Usa but shipping is off the scale.
Also some decent comic sleeves like mylar's or something just as good please if anyone can advise please let me know.

Oh well not to worry would of been nice to be in with another chance of getting the top 2 auto's but thats life,have enough trouble getting rid of my extra costume cards on ebay,if anyone needs any PM me as i have quite a few !!

I have just been told by one of my regular card dealers that he has been told or found out from source somewhere that Superman Returns Update Set has been canceled!!! anyone else know anymore on this be interested to hear.

Thanks Kbmum for the info has any uk members sent theirs off if so how did you send and was it expensive,just wanted to find out best possible way of sending.
The cards are superb quality although a few of the cards are scratched across the print this must of happened during production and coming off of print.

I have a set and want to send the redemption card away is it best to put in another envelope and send recorded airmail and also is the address on card right as I seem to remember someone saying artbox had moved and dont want to send to their old address please advise?

As most will already know the update set is according to a yahoo auction to be released in conjunction with the dvd release.The cases will be made up of 12 boxes and not 8 as was the case with 1st set.I had seen bits and pices today so thought would post this,also has some photos of what the costume cards might look like although the autograph pics are from stock.

This is a great film saw last Wednesday and was blown away with the story and of course the special effects were just superb.I always have been a fan of the character,had seen all the originals and also a huge fan of Smallville the series, lets hope they do a sequel no doubt they will they probably wouldnt of signed Routh to do just the 1
