A scan/photo of the back of the card may help narrow it down.

There's Esdevium, who are primarily Gaming Cards distributors but picked up Cards Inc' s customer base and do Trading Cards.  They distribute Rittenhouse & Breygent, at least, and I'm they can order from other companies.
They generally seem to order based on pre-orders, though, so don't expect too much in the way of old products.

Generally, yes.  It's dependant on the artists.  There are a few artists who don't draw ladies that buxom but not many.

I haven't got my case from CI but I really didn't expect it yet.  Last week, I received the one I ordered from the US.

She did a signing of some photos for Cards Inc a few years back, though. They sold some of on QVC UK at the time. 
This was before CI split into wholesale (CI) and retail (Collector Zone) and I got one off them.

There are also 8 foil cards per box.

All tellys from the last 5 years should have SCART connections and I imagine that HD DVD players will have have at least 1 SCART connection.  If the HD DVD players don't have a SCART connetion, I imagine you can get HDMI to SCART converters.

Received the Warwick Davis (AR-1311) and Daniel Radcilffe (AR-1310) autos today.
For those keeping track of the redemption letter numbers, I also received a David Bradley auto from World of Harry Potter (AR-1312).

Still haven't received the Warwick Davis and Daniel Radcliffe cards I sent at the end of July (along with a David Bradley from World of HP 3D) but I've just sent off Michael Gambon and Bonnie Wright redeptions today.

Nope, it is one costume, sketch, or autograph per box. The costume is usually what you get.

Thanks.  I guess I was lucky to get a sketch card in the 8 packs I bought at my regular comic shop.

actually, the hobby cases can be a nightmare. They are not guaranteed to have an auto, and some only have 1 sketch in them...just a word of warning.

If you're after sealed boxes, any comic shop will be able to order them for you if Diamond (distributors) has them in stock.  What they charge for them will vary.  Some may give discounts and others won't.  Don't count on the staff knowing anything about trading cards.

Calamity Comics have a shop each in Watford and in Harrow and they get in a very limited quantity of cards but they will order them for you.  The one in Harrow is on Springfield Road.  The one in Watford recently moved to somewhere in the main shopping area but I haven't to it.

For the Paul who a stall in Stevenage market, try www.pctradingcards.com.  I think he only does the collectors shows now.
