I have to admit I don't read that much in the way of comics.  I can never figure out what ones I want to read and if I find one that looks good its normally number 7 and they don't have the first ones!

Having said that, I've been reading the latest Elfquest series.  It's quite good, but I'm a little disappointed that its only four issues cos it means that the story isn't that well developed (IMHO).  I'm really looking forward to the Laurell K Hamilton comics that should be starting soon.

Can anyone recommend any comics?

You could perhaps ask your bank if they can do a telegraphic transfer into the seller's bank account.  We quite often send money overseas at my work.  We have to give the bank the other person's bank account, address, phone number and I think their bank's branch and then our bank sorts it all out. It's like an instant transfer too in that it can't bounce.

I know it might be different here in NZ, but I would think there would be a US version of this.

I'm well pleased with my cards from this set.  I got two hobby and one retail box.  The retail I got Gandalf's Shirt.  The first hobby box had only one sketch - a Budd Theoden done in pen.  The second I got two sketches - a Booth Theoden and a really beautiful Walks Arwen.

Now, do I get some more boxes or be happy with what I've got - hmmm.

Nooooooooooo!  They can't release another one.  I haven't even got close to getting all the Conversations set.

Guess I will have to go buy a Lotto ticket this week   Pity the big draw went last week!

My favourites are Survivor and the Amazing Race.  I also loved Rockstar INXS too!  My husband is totally disgusted with the fact that I watch them.  His favourite comment is that he watches lots of reality tv - the rugby.

Hi All

I've been wanting to try selling on Ebay (need to supply my card habit  ), but I'm not sure what the deal is with shipping. 

I've noticed that some vendors say it has to be by track and trace because of Paypal and others seem happy with ordinary postage.  Does Paypal have a rule?  I've tried looking on their website but can't find anything.  With posting from New Zealand there is a huge difference in cost between ordinary post ($2.00) and track and trace ($30.00).

I'd appreciate the help.

I'm thinking of getting a box for my DD for Xmas, since she had such a blast helping me open my Charmed box.  Do you normally get a full base set in one box with the Harry Potter sets?

Can't help with what to look for - not that tech minded when it comes to PS2.

Games though - my daughter and her friends love Singstar and I know someone whose boys love it too.  My nephew likes playing Gran Turismo 3 when he's over and all the kids seem to like Shrek Super Party, whether they're good with the hand thing or not.  I've got Finding Nemo too, but my daughter (who's not so great with the hand thing) doesn't like it, but her friends do.  Age wise all the kids that come here are around 8.

Sorry about the technical terms - what is the hand thing called?

I've got the PO3 and Connections base sets and some of the costume cards (the cheap ones ) from both those sets too.  I've bought all mine as sets or individual cards off Ebay so don't have anything to trade.

Is it better to buy the boxes?  Not sure if I can get them in NZ anyway.
