Hvnsntluv, are there a couple of cards you'd like above all the others?  That should be what you focus on first.  

That's a good question. I think I really like the marauder's map the best, since I think it's the best magical prop if they ever was one..... next to the invisibility cloak!

Before I ran into this site, I was bidding and over bidding i guess on any of the cards. But after the other nights dizziness and confusion   This marauder's card is what I really wanted and focused on. But I want more.... that's not so bad, is it?

Anna and Tower..... looking at your cards and the price guide, looks like an awesomely EXPENSIVE set!!!! Still im a long ways to get even close to your collection  :'( I just love looking at the cards altogether like that.... thanks for posting them again.

And anyone is welcome to do the same... I wanna see more!!!!

I am new here so I just want to say that I don't know anyone ebay id so I am not stealing cards on purpose, just that I wanted it much more...... that's all. Plus, seems everyone has everything around here. I was hoping no else is going for the cards I want cause I just don't have them to begin with. I just don't wanna upset anyone....

I think I got a good one..... marauder's map for $66. It has a lot of writing on it too. I was looking at the prist listing and it seems to be a good deal but I'm not sure so I over bid just so that I get it. I really wanted it too.

Anna...... I couldn't believe how hard it was to focus! Since I need all the cards, I just got mixed up on what I really wanted so I decided to start all over today.  I never even tried any of the local cards store in my city and there are lots of em. Although I remember asking around before and they just didn't carry them so my best bet is on ebay. So I think I will be very dizzy for a while longer  

Morningangel-Iola.... nice card. Looks like the contents of the prophet. I think my card is a capital letter but I have yet to examine it up close cause I still haven't gotten it.  :'( I'm sure it's on its merry way to me soon. I will post it when it arrives.

Well, it's actually up in the listing guide. I came across it last night. And I realize I paid alot for it too. And I thought I had a deal lol   I didn't know if I should tell everyone who I am on ebay cause i did upset some people by outbidding them on some cards. I just don't want any animosity..... plus, I don't have the card yet. It's on its way to me..... from Europe.

Oh, i'd keep this card just the way it is...... imagine if they thought they could replace it and then lost it?!?! It's awesome just like it is...... Way to go. Somehow, I just have to patience like  you said but last night I went looking around for cards and I spent hours comparing all of the ones I liked and ended up getting a headache from all those choices and just confused the hell out of me..... so I turned off the computer LOL

Yes Tower... awesome cards too. I wish I had one of them but right now I have NONE! Except one updated Daily that I'm waiting on (crossing fingers it gets to me soon!)

I don't know how I ever let these cards pass me by for so long..... now, I bet they are so in demand, the prices are just way too expensive   :'(

 All of the other cards were ebay auction wins and my bank account is still hurting from acquiring them!

That is what I'm afraid of. I know this card collecting is going to be expensive cause I used to collect all the NHL cards for years. I got probably close to a million NHL cards and look what happened to that. Now, I just got them in A LOT of albums.   I don't know what to do with them now.

But Harry Potter is different cause I'm totall into HP!!!!!

thanks Anna....  I was very lucky that day. James leaned over to the guy who collects the money and said something to him and when I passed him he just waved me to pass. So I didn't pay for a single auto. They were just so very nice. I felt really lucky that day.

if you check out the price guide it will give you the differances in the highest and lowest the cards have been sold for.
i think mainly it depends on the one that you want the most.

Wow... holy toledo! I can't believe that he is selling it for that much. Has anyone seen anyone buy it for anything close? That's just crazy!

About the whomping willow..... isn't that just a CGI effect tree??? I always wondered where the leaves came from if it's CGI?? Can someone confirm this?

And I do believe the willow would be more valuable since I can't remember what seen the pear tree was even in.

One last question...... where do you see a value guide for these cards? PLEASE!

I wish Malfoy was there.... Tom is probably one of my very fav. too. But no luck. Wish I was in the UK.... they make so many appearance there. It's far and few that they even make it to the US.

I do have a Costume card question..... how much should I pay for a Hermoine sweater card? or her trouser pants? There's so many of her costume that I don't know which one is more valuable. Can anyone help?

mmm... i dont know. I kinda like the way the US cover looks. Harry looks of age to me on it. I just don't like how they made it too much like OoP. The Uk cover doesn't look like Daniel at all or nothing like the Harry I picture.
