Most of the column text is Black cat letter from Crazy diamond..it is in their Wizardings collection. The headlines and other titles are various other fonts inc, Lewisham shadowed, Calista,LL rubber grotesque , courior to name but a few  Some are not entirely accurate but most are near enough.

The Daily Prophet actual logo and Heading had to be drawn by hand, each letter, as I could not find anything similar...despite trawling the web for weeks !!!!

Can you pass the Black Cat Letter to me? Because I'm not from UK, or USA so it's imposible to me to buy it, and in addition I have no money haha.

I was just saying my wife is a pro at figuring out what fonts were used on something, she's a graphic designer, so I guess that's part of the job, haha.  I don't understand any of it though.  But I'll see if she can help.

I have found a copy of a ticket inside a Harry Potter gift book and I have scanned it in. It is very accurate (apart from incorrect text) but fuzzy so i am redrawing it inside inkscape.

I am searching Corbis for the main clipart that goes on the front of the quibbler as I am pretty sure WB Graphics have used them in the past. (I found some artwork for some honeydukes sweets there before)

I have identified most of the fonts for the quibbler and almost all of them for the Daily Prophet and I have been getting lots of reference images for both.

Those specrespecs look great! I hope you can find a good solution for the lenses.
