Hi Ady and welcome to the forums!

I'm not the most knowledgable one around when it comes to cards, but I would say that there are less cards offered for sale now that most of them have gone to collections and the hype has died down quite a bit now that all the sets have been released and the movies are all done.  Though I have come across maybe one or two people offering up their entire collection due to having found other important challenges in life.

Not sure if anyone would be interested in these, but thought I'd try!  I'm selling a Memorable Moments 2 Draco/Lucius Malfoy (Tom Felton/Jason Isaacs) auto redemption card and the SDCC (08, I believe) Half Blood Prince gold foil promos.

The MM2 auto redemption card expired in March 2010 but I did email Artbox and got a reply from them on 17 March 2012 that they would be "happy to redeem it while supplies last".  I'd love to send it in myself and keep the auto but I live overseas so I don't really want to risk the chance of it getting lost in the mail.

The SDCC HBP gold foil promos are SP1-9, nine cards in total and comes in a clear card case with a lovely presention box and sleeve.  Serial number is 0434/1000.

I'm open to offers as I have no idea how much they are worth right now.  Been out of the card scene for too long!!

EDIT: MM2 redemption is sold!

The seller now keeps on asking me to file the chargeback.  I'm starting to get even more worried since they're acting like I'll never get my money back no matter what I do.  I really need to stop being so paranoid. 

Or maybe it's just reverse psychology?

I'll going to the bank soon and file one.  The seller finally replied but they refused to take responsiblity for it, even though they said that they put a tracer on it and the PO said that it'll be going back to them.  They originally told me that they'll inform me if the PO gets back to them on the tracer but I didn't know until now.

Does PayPal or the credit card company usually win chargebacks?

Unfortunately, it has been past the feedback date as well.

And yes, it was first class int'l with no insurance.  :'(

I'm thinking of directly filing a chargeback with my credit card company.  Should I do this?

Hi all,

I bought a card from a US seller in mid July and it still haven't arrived.  I talked to the seller in mid August and they said that they had put a tracer on it and that the PO would contact them in a few days.  When I contacted them again recently, they never replied.

I did contact them once in September and they said the PO still haven't contacted them back yet.

Unfortunately it's wayyy past PayPal's 45 day deadline for filing claims and such, so I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on what I can do?

I'm guessing it's lost.  Is there any way to get compensation from the PO?  (it's international mail and worths around 85USD)

Any advice would be much appreciated!

How much is the normal size crystal card set?
I'm hoping someone's willing to split the set up on eBay.  I need to stop dreaming .

I don't think I'll be buying cases/boxes of this set online this time.  Postage's too expensive!
Anyone knows if they're sold in Japan?  I'll be heading to Tokyo some time in August and I fully intend to hunt for them, haha.

Got a low numbered P1 variant from ebay, but that's all I have from this set.

Haha, the Lavender Brown in POA and HBP is just... a different person.  I'm thinking that there are 2 people called Lavender Brown in Hogwarts.  That makes more sense. 

Anyway, did the books mention how Voldy lost his nose?  Tom Riddle had a nose, I mean.  I just don't get why he doesn't have a nose when he grew up.

Haha, I didn't really read the book so I thought Draco went to Moaning Myrtle's toilet.

I just rewatched it last night and I think it's actually quite good this time.  Maybe it's because I know what would happen (since I didn't really read the book) and concentrated more on the scenary and acting.

I discovered something funny.  Remember that part where Draco was crying in the toilet?  He was supposed to be crying in the girls' toilet (?), but the movie changed it to the guys' toilet. 

I'm so jealous!

Saw it yesterday.  Sat next to this annoying boy who kept giggling in a loud pitchd voice.

I didn't really enjoy the movie.  I think it dragged on for too long and all the good parts were cut.  I expected more Draco scenes too.  I'm a bit disappointed since I had great expectations for it.  Oh well, I'll be rewatching it on Staurday night.  I already have the tickets.   

I just hope they're released on Friday in Japan too. I'll be on a plane to Japan 12 hours later and since we can't get the cards here in HK, I'm planning to go to Japan and get a case.

Or do they even have the cards in Japan? 

I can't recall if it was here or on another forum, but somebody said Artbox included those three in the package with some redeemed cards. Maybe my redemptions will arrive in the next few days too.

I hope it's okay to post this here now since the cards haven't actually been released yet, but yeah.

Anyway, I just found this set of HBP promo cards which are not the SDCC 08 preview ones.  It was me who asked to seller to put up the BIN, but I missed it. 

Anyone know anything about these cards?  Hopefully more will pop up on eBay soon!  I think that's the one and only set on eBay so far.

I think that means it was shipped from the manufacturer in Taiwan/China to the US and Artbox is waiting for it to come through customs so it can be shipped to distributors.

Whaaat!  They're manufactured in China and yet I have to wait for them to arrive in the US and then have them shipped back to China.
I wish Artbox would get the license to sell in Hong Kong.

The only cards that I'd be interested in are probably the Harry and Draco dual auto and the Slytherin costume card.  Not worth paying ~550USD + ~186USD shipping per case for just two cards I guess...

Hmm... But what if I manage to pull the Harry and Draco auto?  Oh the temptation, the temptation.  Like I don't have a terrifying card statement already!

I wish they didn't pair Draco up with Harry.
