: What would you do?

I bought this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3843223036&fromMakeTrack=true

For my brother because he wont ever see a gandalf auto :P

Now I get the card in a top loader but in a white envelop, thats it.. auction says a padded envelope.. wasnt in one so anyway besides the packing being bad when I took the card out of the top loader to put it in a screw down for my brothers birthday I took the card out and 1/2 the auto stuck to the inside of the case. so some of the marker is on the inside some on the card ( looks weird as it looks like the case is signed also now ) I emailed him asking why he charged me more for shipping and the stamp ( yes a stamp) for 68 whatever it is in the UK and why it wasnt packaged like he had said. and that the card was messed up.

He has already left me pos feedback so what should I do?

Was it supposed to be a in person auto'd card or authentic set issued?

Do you think it is the real deal?

if you paid by paypal. credit card do a chargeback... buyers win about 100% of the time.

I never waste time dealing with PayPal, I just go directly to my credit card company and they take care of it.
