Hi folks!

I have *a friend* with some spare autos (ok ok I admit it's me)... just 2 (I only have 2 autos but now after someone backed out of a deal I have 2 of the same auto... twice... well I picked up the Rosemerta at C6 but it was too good a deal to miss!!!

What would you/are you all doing with your spare autos!

I am wondering whether we should be saving them... and that we can use the money when the chamber of secrets or Goblet series come out to buy boxes! Because these autos are all far rarer than FOTR Merry (not that I am expecting them to reach such prices) but I do think there may be some potential still. I believe people like Sirius/Oldman are unlikely to sign again... but you never know ;)

Or do you think that there are just SO MANY pricey cards in this set that they will remain about where they are?

Opinions folks please  ;D!

and if it helps you to make my decision for me... these are the skates of beauty... yes the colours are nasssty but wow do they move... and so manoevrable... look at that short frame/chassis... oops - sorry to go on..

I say sell and grt those lovely skates. I mean, cards are nice to look at, but after spending continuous afternoons drooling over them, you will be hideously unfit due to lack of exercise. Thats is where skates will come in handy ;D

I may be interested in the auto(s) you are thinking of perhaps selling. PM me if/when you decide - I think you have my details ;)

Thanks for the advice guys, you are of course right... I have thrown a fair bit into HP Update so I daresay I can take this money out..

Definitely sell the cards and buy your skates!  What are the autos?  From what I've seen, the prices for autos have fluctuated a bit but are still pretty high.  With three sets coming out next year, who knows what autos will be available, and what that will do to prices for the POA set.

You'll have to wait a while for Rosemerta as I just sent her to America to be redeemed!

I have some spare  autographs, props and costumes. And i do'nt know if i should sell or keep them.

I only keep my auto master and did not need all other stuff.

I think i will hold the other cards to trade for update autographs..... but eventualy i sell them and buy update boxes........ hard decision

Wow that seller has something going on, they sold a Lupin auto for AU$310.00.....when I only brought my Lupin for US$66... Imagine how a sirius would sell!!!!

Roz!!!! I suggest u get the skates ;) you'd have more use with a nice pair of skates such as those rather than an auto card, well, thats what my parents would say, but they don't know much about the value of cards :)
