: DH1 Snape costume : kbmum October 23, 2011, 08:23:25 PM Prices for this card have absolutely gone through the roof! This month, the cards have sold for $348, $495 and $731. :o :o :o Kind of shocking, considering the swatch has material used to create the costume and not the actual costume.
(Thanks to Sara for the head's up.) :) : Re: DH1 Snape costume : rns91294 October 23, 2011, 09:30:04 PM Not to mention, filmcards from the last set that have cells of Snape have also gone through the roof, from $117 to $150 :o
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : kbmum October 23, 2011, 11:09:35 PM Now that everyone knows Snape was a hero, his card prices have increased. ;)
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : packnheat November 02, 2011, 02:02:05 PM Too bad that I'm in Germany and don't have the time to sell it, because number 50/280 lies besides me :)
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : kbmum November 03, 2011, 08:26:07 AM I have one, too, and have been trying to decide whether to keep it or sell it. Every time I tried to type up the listing, I chicken out.
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : portlaw November 03, 2011, 05:27:07 PM Is the Deathly Hallows Part 2 Costume and Prop set going ahead?
If so we may see another Snape costume card and maybe this time it'll actually be worn ;D : Re: DH1 Snape costume : rns91294 November 03, 2011, 10:07:51 PM I doubt that if there is another Snape costume, that it would be worn. WB has been pretty strict about what Artbox can use, and if they didn't let them use it before, they probably wouldn't now either :(
Of course, that is if there is another set. I haven't heard any updates about it at all :-\. : Re: DH1 Snape costume : LikORish-Spider December 18, 2011, 04:16:20 AM Is this the card being discussed?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/330647762381 Sold for a mere $600.00 : Re: DH1 Snape costume : alanwilcox83 December 18, 2011, 06:01:58 AM Is this the card being discussed? http://www.ebay.com/itm/330647762381 Sold for a mere $600.00 That one was ours...It wasn't fun parting with it, but at these prices we couldn't resist. Picked up some of the CFC's with Snape in the cells to make up for it...and paid for Christmas...I'd say it was a decent investment given that I think we paid $25 for the card when it came out. : Re: DH1 Snape costume : rns91294 December 18, 2011, 06:52:04 AM There was tat one, and two that sold for $750. I actually sold mine for $500. LOL. I was pleased with the price, but would not have minded $600 or $750 for it.
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : grecopa January 11, 2012, 09:26:11 AM This is one of 2 costume cards I need to finish my collection. I see one on ebay now for about $250, so I guess I'll be waiting a lot longer than expected for this one. :(
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : rns91294 January 11, 2012, 09:57:54 AM One just sold for $290, and another had a buy it now for $375 that no one bid on or made an offer on. It seems like this card is already coming down in price. However, I don;t see it coming back down to the price it was when it first came out.
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : grecopa May 19, 2012, 11:56:12 PM I'm still looking for this card at a price of under $200. If anyone sees one and doesn't want to bid themselves, please consider sending me a message? grecopa@aol.com THANKS!
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : rns91294 May 20, 2012, 11:35:54 PM Will do Kelly!
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : grecopa May 23, 2012, 07:02:33 PM Well. a couple of people gave me a heads up about an auction that had expired, but that seems to have fallen through. See the eBay and Paypal quibbles and problems thread for an explination. I'm still looking for a card. Thanks everyone!
: Re: DH1 Snape costume : ECL May 24, 2012, 02:42:31 AM Here is one up for bidding!
