There's a new PayPal code that might work with some accounts.  When you log into your PayPal account, look for a banner near the top of the page that says "Welcome to PayPal Advantage."  This is a new service that offers some extra benefits.  Supposedly, it's only for people who spend $5,000 or more per year, but almost none of the people who have it fit that qualification (I certainly don't). 

PayPal sent an e-mail to some Advantage members that included code CADVANTAGE10 for $10 off an eBay purchase of $10 or more.  It works for some, but not all, Advantage members.  It occasionally works for people who aren't members.  If you have a U.S. PayPal account, it's worth trying the next time you win something on eBay.  I have the banner, but didn't receive the e-mail, and the code worked for me. :)
