: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : alanwilcox83 March 05, 2010, 11:19:19 PM Ok, so we're selling some of our extras, to recoup some of the money spent on some of the nicer cards we've picked up. We did put up our #002 and #018 Yule Ball Drapes and Program props from MM2 as well as a few other MM2 and HBPU cards, and a couple random other cards for now. I know most of you probably have all of these, but it cant hurt to post it here. I think I got the link to work, but if not, our ebay seller ID is alanandalicia10

Haha. Alan : Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : Nienna March 06, 2010, 08:39:33 PM Hi Alan,
I chanced across your listings yesterday without realising it was you!! ::) All your auctions are set to US-only and I wanted to know if you'll ship them internationally please? Thanks! ;) : Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : alanwilcox83 March 06, 2010, 10:05:33 PM I thought I changed it, I will absolutely ship internationally. I will only charge the cost to ship, and the packaging. Feel free to bid away.
Thanks for checking them out. Alan : Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : alanwilcox83 March 06, 2010, 10:23:20 PM Im assuming most of you that would bid, that arent in the US are in either the UK, Canada, or Austrailia. I just checked the rates, and I can ship pretty affordably to any of those destinations, and im sure most others. So feel free to bid, even though I did not select international bidders were ok to bid. I added a few more cards last night, and will add a few more today. The 002 and 018 Yule Ball Drapes and Programs, an Evans Twins Dual Auto, An Elarica Gallacher Auto, Verne Troyer auto, and a lot of MM2 costumes are up. I'll be putting up an Amelda Brown and some others today. Thanks for looking guys!
Alan : Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : Roz March 07, 2010, 12:05:01 AM Thanks Alan, bear in mind that in my experience eBay actively prevent international bidders from bidding on your items as it cross checks their location against where you'll ship to - :( so it might be worth having a look if you can change it...
: Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : alanwilcox83 March 07, 2010, 12:24:49 AM I don't think it's stopping anyone, as I didn't actually put a restriction against bidding, I just didn't post an international cost. I know one item has a British bidder on it though. If anyone has trouble bidding, let me know and I can investigate. Thanks again.
Alan : Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : Roz March 07, 2010, 12:51:01 AM Good good then :)
: Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : alanwilcox83 March 07, 2010, 11:29:00 PM The first round of cards are ending tonight, at 7PM mountain time. So those of you in the UK and elsewhere who are bidding or watching will likely be asleep by than, so make sure if you're watching any to get your bids in before than. Thanks again for all your bids, I see a lot of Yak support throughout my auctions. Thanks again guys!
Alan : Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : alanwilcox83 March 13, 2010, 10:20:26 PM Well the bulk of things are done for now, but I just wanted to say thanks to those of you who looked, bid, and some of you even won a few cards. Thanks again for the support guys.
Alan : Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : rns91294 March 15, 2010, 08:28:16 PM Thanks Alan! I got my two cards and they are lovely. Really fast shipping too.
: Re: My first attempt at Harry Potter Auctions : alanwilcox83 March 17, 2010, 05:29:31 AM You are welcome RNS. I did just post a few new cards today. A low number pixie cage from 3D2, some variant and low number costumes for MM2, a few autos from MM2 (Including the Krum/Karkaroff dual), and a few others I believe. Check em out if you'd like. Thanks again guys.

Thank you all for checking them out. I also encourage you all to check out erevine's auctions as well, he has a post in Diagon Alley as well, we've bought from him 3 times over the last month or so, and he's been nothing but amazing. Included are a Krum/Karkaroff dual auto and apple brook auto from MM2, a few low number/variant costumes from mm2, and a few other costumes. Thanks guys! You're all great.
