: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 23, 2009, 08:56:34 PM Gryffindor Forever -- Thanks for being the first to post your case breakdown! I have a couple of questions for you. Did you receive only four autos instead of five? Did you receive two Aunt Petunia costumes? I ask the second question because both of those cards from different boxes have the same number.
Also, I sent an e-mail to Tom and found out that most of the autos are in. :) It appears that only two of them are still out, one of them being the Harry/Sirius auto. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : HPfamily April 23, 2009, 09:47:31 PM (http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b25/motocrossmom/mmcostumes1.jpg)

Hi Roz, Yes i only received 4 autos and i made a mistake box 4403 c-5 648/700 i already corrected it thank you for noticing. i got 2 c-5s and 2 c-4s I thought i was suppose to get 5 autos? Karen : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 24, 2009, 12:07:53 AM Hey Karen. Although Artbox states that there will be 5 autos in a case, those odds are just something to go by and not a guarantee. Some people have received boxes in the past that didn't have any inserts in them at all. Did you double check though to make sure an auto was not stuck to another card?
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 24, 2009, 01:30:55 AM Hi Roz, Yes i only received 4 autos and i made a mistake box 4403 c-5 648/700 i already corrected it thank you for noticing. i got 2 c-5s and 2 c-4s I thought i was suppose to get 5 autos? Karen I'm Cindy. ;) The case should have five autos. You can contact Artbox about it, but they probably will not send you another auto. Sara is right that you should check all of your base cards. It's easy for one card to get stuck to the back of another and has been reported here more than once. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 24, 2009, 04:48:49 AM A Ci2 5-case incentive error card has popped up. It has the correct front and swatches, but the back states the card is a Ci1 sleeping bag/hospital wing sheets. It is also numbered as if it were a Ci2.

I know baseball error codes were worth more money because they weren't common. The others ones we have seen for this set are errors, but on every single card.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 24, 2009, 06:06:35 AM As far as we know, this is a one-off mistake. It would be more of an error if the card had a Ci1 front and back, but with Harry/Voldemort swatches.
Putting the sleeping bag material in a Hermione costume card is a BIG mistake, as is putting a picture of Aunt Marge on an Aunt Petunia swatch. There really isn't an excuse for these errors. It's caused by not paying attention to the details and not having enough oversight at the production facility. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Sharon April 24, 2009, 07:39:18 PM Lovely cards Sara :-*
I am pleased to see some nice colourful cards in this set. I do like the backgrounds on the MM cards but they can be a bit 'wishy washy'. Props and costumes have always been my favourites so this set is right up my street. It seems like an age since we had a new set. With the HBP coming I can see EBay profits going through the roof  Just waiting now for UPS to come-a-knocking with mine :o= : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 24, 2009, 07:50:14 PM Sharon, those are Jackie's cards. I got two boxes and plan to open them tonight or tomorrow. I agree they can be a bit wishy washy, but I too like them. Props are also my favorite and this one has a lot of them. Although a lot are dup materials, I actually still don't have some of them, so I am happy about that. Can't wait to hear what you pull!

There is no excuse for these HUGE mistakes. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Sharon April 25, 2009, 12:21:00 AM Ooops :-[ I put this down to the excitement of a new set
Jackie lovely cards ;D I can't wait to see what you pull Sara - lots of props hopefully :o= : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : sfmuggle April 25, 2009, 01:25:02 AM Hi Roz, Yes i only received 4 autos and i made a mistake box 4403 c-5 648/700 i already corrected it thank you for noticing. i got 2 c-5s and 2 c-4s I thought i was suppose to get 5 autos? Yeah I had that happen to me once when opening OOTP where the auto redemption was stuck to a base card. I never would've known except that I was separating and organizing base sets. Possibly easy to miss with new cards. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : sfmuggle April 25, 2009, 01:28:17 AM I agree - very nice cards :) makes me wish I bought some ;) but I'll look into the ones I want on eBay. It's also good to know that most of the autos are in sans the Radcliffe/Oldman and a few others?
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 25, 2009, 02:08:49 AM For those of you who got cases, how do the case cards look? I have seen them on :ebay:, but am curious to know if they look any good in person.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Fizzingwizbee63 April 25, 2009, 09:14:21 AM Hi Guys!
I pulled the Harry/Sirius Auto redemption from my case, and was wondering if anyone could advise me as to the safest way to send the redemption to Artbox in order to insure it's return. I have sent many redemptions to Artbox in the past and have never experienced any problems, but because I have never had a card of this value, I would like to know how to handle sending in this one. For instance, I can place tracking and or insurance on the card to make sure it gets there, but how can I get Artbox to return the card tracked/insured the same way? I sent an Email to the customer service dept, but have not received a reply. Thank you, Fizzingwizbee63 : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 25, 2009, 09:26:31 AM First of all, congrats on your first Harry auto pull! I remember that feeling I had with my first. You are very lucky to have Gary Oldman's auto as well...one I don't have.
As for the redemption, this one can be tricky. The last Harry auto I pulled was also a redemption. I paid for it to be insured and got delivery confirmation on it. In order to have it returned the same way, I had to put a self addressed envelope with it, with enough stamps to cover the cost of insurance and delivery confirmation...and then ask Artbox to make sure their mail carrier scans the insurance sticker for the return delivery. I don't know if you read the books, but do you remember where Ron's parents send a letter to the Dursley's via "Muggle mail"? The envelope was covered in stamps hoping they paid enough for postage. Well, I felt like I was mailing that same exact letter. The amount of stamps on that thing was ridiculous, and that was even after going to the post office to buy the highest domination stamps they carried. It was not easy, but worth it. Congrats again! Also, I read allender's post about all those sets missing the same card. I can not believe this happened again. It happened with the last release as well. I had a ton of duplicates of the same couple cards and was always missing one certain number. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : allender April 26, 2009, 05:22:08 AM Here's my scans. I'm only one variant color away from a complete Uncle Vernon wardrobe. 8)
I don't know how long I can last buying a single case per release, and never pulling a single "big three" autograph! At least I've completed my set of single Ruperts and an OOTP Daniel from the aftermarket. No double autographs this time either, and I guess I'm in the "other two Rares" cluster. If Tower got a case, he'll probably join me, but I don't want to cast a jinx spell! First scan is autos (Robert Jarvis as Young James Potter, Tolga Safer as Karkaroff's Aide, Verne Troyer as Griphook the Goblin, Richard Leaf as Auror Dawlish, and redemption for April Brook as Professor Grubbly-Plank) and Props (P1 Hedwig's Perch, P10 Dolores Umbridge's Progress Reports and Stationery, and P12 First Task Tent and Canopy Material. (http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/allender/0000mm21.jpg) Second scan is costumes (C1 Ginny's robe, C3 Ron's jacket, C4+C4 two parts of Vernon's sweater, C7 Harry's Quidditch robe + Oliver's sweater, C8 Hermione's sweater and Harry's shirt, C10 Fleur's vest and gown, and C11 Ron's and Ginny's robes. Nobody's scan seems to be doing justice to the Fleur swatches; they are a very light green. Ginny's robe is padded, Ron's jacket is thick, and Oliver's sweater is pretty bulky too. (http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/allender/0000mm22.jpg) : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 26, 2009, 07:43:41 AM Well, if you are going to pull two Vernon's, at least they were two different colors. Question for you...is the Fluer costume worn by or material used to create?
My C7 needs to go back to Artbox for a replacement. The two bottom corners are dinged pretty good and it has surface scratches. I hate having to send something back to them, but I have a redemption to send in as well. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : KFCKAREN April 26, 2009, 09:45:29 PM Hi Roz, Yes i only received 4 autos and i made a mistake box 4403 c-5 648/700 i already corrected it thank you for noticing. i got 2 c-5s and 2 c-4s I thought i was suppose to get 5 autos? Question for you...is the Fluer costume worn by or material used to create ... All of the costume swatches I pulled are "worn by" the stated actor. (Now, that doesn't exactly say they were worn during filming, or in the scene pictured on the card, but it's close enough!): Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 27, 2009, 05:23:00 PM Here's a beautiful variant that sold for a $200 BIN. It's #001/280.

Thanks so much for the information. :) I posted the card this morning insured, with a self addressed insured envelope(lots of stamps!!) enclosed for return delivery. The Post man wasn't very happy with me, as it took a little extra time to sort out, but it was definitely worth it!! Also, I read allender's post about all those sets missing the same card. It is hard to tell now that eBay hides bidders identities.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Tower April 28, 2009, 12:03:45 AM Thanks. :D
This one arrived today, it's the other new one i like so much: (http://www.towersweb.de/Cards/MM2/Props/P6Honeydukes.jpg) : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 28, 2009, 02:25:51 AM Wow, great cards, Thomas!
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 28, 2009, 03:22:30 AM Another nice one Thomas.
Wow John, that is interesting! I guess I can understand it. You know, I was in touch with Kay today about a damaged card and redemption I am sending in. I didn't even think to ask about that card, but they can only do what the WB allows. I am glad she was able to justify the reasoning behind it and we now know it is not really an "error" after all. Kay is really nice. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Tower April 28, 2009, 03:44:07 AM Thomas, keep me on your list when you get ready to sell them. ;D  What's the number of the honeydukes. Thanks. John Selling? It's number 011/100. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : allender April 28, 2009, 08:30:43 AM ... Consider yourself "clustered." I now know what's in your unopened box. 8)*: 1 COSTUME IN THE SAVED BOX?....PROBABLY. (I KEEP AN UNOPENED BOX FROM EACH ISSUE FOR MY MASTER SETS.) : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 28, 2009, 06:26:45 PM Me too! Me too! :)

: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : allender April 29, 2009, 08:08:27 AM I am curious to know what Jeff thinks it is, but I think it is a C3 (Ron). Well, maybe you saw a case break posted in another forum, too. Identical down to the two Brooks in one case. ;DI guess a C3 is better than the C4, but not as spicy as the C12 would have been. I was going to keep it a secret but LORS himself started guessing. ... : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Bogleg April 29, 2009, 04:09:36 PM Anyone in the UK got theirs yet ?
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 29, 2009, 05:03:58 PM There's a UK seller with cards on eBay, so they must be trickling in.

I was going to keep it a secret but LORS himself started guessing. ... Actually, no. I only got two boxes. One had an Apple Brook auto and a C7, the other box had the C3 (Ron). I notice that cases that had the C7 and Apple Brook auto in a box also had a single Ron costume in a box as well and many of the same other boxes. I can only assume this is what LORS has too sinc ehe also had the combos I noticed as a trend in other case breaks. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : bush360 April 30, 2009, 03:15:45 AM Yep got mine monday, opened a case and then decided to put 10 boxes on ebay after I got billed for Wolverine earlier than planned. It is a really nice set will post scans, numbers on the back of the cards are tricky my dads old eyes have had fun spotting the different numbers when making up the sets.
Rich : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 30, 2009, 03:51:51 AM the numbers were hard to read.

I got one case on Monday and my other case yesterday (Thanks, Tom) and have put some of the cards on :ebay:. as I had also bought costume and prop sets and have quite a few spares. Have posted the breakdown for the 1st case and am about to post the breakdown for the 2nd. Great set. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : sfmuggle May 01, 2009, 02:11:48 AM I bought 4 boxes but haven't had time to tear through them ;) Hoping to get some nice inserts but, at the same time, :o= that I didn't get a dud box, haha. Lots of nice cards up on eBay too. have fun everyone!

: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Fizzingwizbee63 May 03, 2009, 01:38:03 AM Sorry, that last card is not Ron and Ginny, It's the Auto Card Karkaroff's Aide (OOPS) :-[

I like the Mandrake/Fawkes prop card, very cool!!!
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Fizzingwizbee63 May 04, 2009, 07:56:57 PM I really like the Ginny costume card, both the image and your variant swatch, (a lot of those swatches seem to be only one color).

I have to agree. It was one of the cards I wanted and I am glad the one I pulled didn't have a plain swatch. Bagshot - You pulled some fantastic cards! : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : sfmuggle May 06, 2009, 01:20:54 AM ditto, seriously nice pulls Bagshot!
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Bagshott May 06, 2009, 03:13:58 PM Thanks, I've been lucky this time and as I bought costume and prop sets from Tom
I am missing just one or two of the more common autos. Some of my swops are on :ebay: though I really hope my P4 001 doesn't sell! I have an agreement that I have to sell any new swops I pull and I couldn't bring myself to list the original P4. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 May 06, 2009, 08:04:58 PM So what does your original P4 look like?
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Bagshott May 06, 2009, 11:29:09 PM I'll post a scan later, it's from the prop set I bought from Tom
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Fizzingwizbee63 May 07, 2009, 03:29:12 AM This is sort of off topic, but does anyone else think the prices this set's cards have been selling for is rather low???
I saw the Double Costume Card Harry & Hermione listed on :ebay: for $29.99 or best offer, and many other decent cards with fairly low prices. Even more shocking to me is the price the Dual Auto Card for Dan Radcliffe and Gary Oldman has been selling for, which is about $300.00. Dan Radcliffe's Autos from other sets usually bring more than that. Is it just me ??? : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 May 07, 2009, 04:51:11 AM The set is selling for less as it was not a greatly anticipated set. People were not happy that they decided to do a MM2 already, when only one more movie has come out since MM1. Artbox tends to do a lot of filler sets and many people don't like them as much as the movie releases. Not to mention, a lot of the costumes and props are ones we have seen in previous sets. I like them all, and look at the lower prices as a chance to get cards I want and especially the ones I missed from past sets (like Fawkes feather). It gives me a "second chance". Of course, the cards with material we have seen in the past before may sell for less (like the double you mentioned), but this set also has some we have never seen, like the Dursley's costumes and Ginny's robe, as well as the proclamations prop and compass. I also seemed to notice that Dan's auto's sell for more when they are of just him (unless we are talking the triple auto from PoAU). And, I am not sure it is great for the worth of his autograph when he signs for so many different sets. I remember reading in NSU magazine after he signed for the first time for PoAU that the card would be one of the single most valuable Harry Potter items 25 years from now. I don't know if that holds true now that he has signed for so many other sets.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Fizzingwizbee63 May 07, 2009, 05:27:26 AM For as much as the boxes/cases cost, one can only hope that Artbox will be producing some extra special cards for their future sets.

I don't know if that holds true now that he has signed for so many other sets. Yeah I've noticed the same thing in terms of MM2 cards fetching less $$ in general. The other thing that I find interesting is that more dealers are willing to negotiate on their prices. Now the economy has something to do with this too (more people with less disposable income) but it's also the lower demand (and less enthusiasm) for MM2. I've also noticed the same thing with regard to Radcliffe autos. Seems like Emma Watson autos (and there aren't lots available for sale) are generally a bit higher now (she's signed a lot less). With that said, the older/rarer Radcliffe autos (if you can find any) can still command a premium. Again, my read on this is that it's a number of different factors that are affecting the price for Radcliffes. just my opinion though. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Fizzingwizbee63 May 07, 2009, 05:52:42 AM I think with so many sets already produced, and many more to come, it's time for Artbox to get creative and give collectors something to really look forward to in a new release. ::)
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 May 07, 2009, 07:00:09 AM I hope they have some new spectacular autos lined up for the next set.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : terryweasley May 07, 2009, 08:50:52 AM I have to agree that I'm surprised how fast dealers are taking best offers. I've used the best offer to buy all but one of the cards I've purchased.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : sfmuggle May 08, 2009, 03:11:56 AM I have to agree that I'm surprised how fast dealers are taking best offers. I've used the best offer to buy all but one of the cards I've purchased. I've purchased a couple MM2 cards outside of eBay so they can save on their eBay/Paypal fees. I only do this with dealers that I've dealt with before (every little bit helps). Yeah it seems to be more common to see BIN w/ 'Best Offer' options. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : jhyler May 12, 2009, 04:17:21 AM What does everyone think about this card? I Think its nice? What does anyone think its worth?

Any Thoughts (http://i584.photobucket.com/albums/ss281/jhyler/NevilleLongbottomFront.jpg) (http://i584.photobucket.com/albums/ss281/jhyler/NevilleLongbottomBack.jpg) : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : allender May 13, 2009, 07:05:53 AM Yes, it is nice. But full sets of the puzzle cards Pz1 through Pz9 have been selling on eBay for $3 to $10, so it should be worth maybe $1 (if you're selling).
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Gallifrey May 14, 2009, 05:48:39 PM This is sort of off topic, but does anyone else think the prices this set's cards have been selling for is rather low??? I saw the Double Costume Card Harry & Hermione listed on :ebay: for $29.99 or best offer, and many other decent cards with fairly low prices. Even more shocking to me is the price the Dual Auto Card for Dan Radcliffe and Gary Oldman has been selling for, which is about $300.00. Dan Radcliffe's Autos from other sets usually bring more than that. Is it just me ??? For me, it is the design of the set. I was interested in the Radcliffe/Oldman dual and the Malfoy dual, but I wish they were in color. But then again, I have been put off by the photos/artwork on quite a few of the autos. I was interested in Tom Felton's auto for OOTPU until I saw a scan of it. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum May 14, 2009, 10:46:11 PM WB has total control over the images in the sets. There are cards, base and insert, that have left me scratching my head over why a particular (unflattering) picture was used. Look at the Aunt Petunia costume in this set. It makes no sense that WB would only allow the image of Aunt Marge floating away and a tiny Aunt Petunia in the background. But, Artbox was stuck with it.
On the other hand, I don't care much for colors (or lack thereof) in this set. Yes, it's nice that Artbox is trying something different, but to me, the cards look very bland. :-\ I still have only one, a proclamations double prop, because I picked it up for a cheap BIN. I just haven't felt like splurging on any of the other cards. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : terryweasley May 14, 2009, 11:01:47 PM Maybe that's my problem too. I usually want to buy at least all the new costume card for each set. I really fell in love with the cards Tom emailed me. Unfortunately, I waited too long to decide to buy some of them. So far I've been able to find a Ginny bathrobe card to match the one he had. I have yet to find another Zonker's bag double card like Tom's and Tower's. Of course I don't think I would have gone $200.00 dollars for the card. My desposable income is rather limited right now, so I think I'm just wanting to wait until the Half-blood Prince sets come out. I do agree with you. The prices seem to be much lower than they are for the movie sets, and I'm not wild about the cards either. I really am not that fond of the original Memorable Moments sets either. I like the color cards better.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : stoney May 15, 2009, 05:56:34 PM I tend to agree. With my income being rather limited too (as i'm sure it is for a lot of people at the moment) i am passing this set and waiting for HBP so i can treat myself to a case.
I'm not the greatest fan of both Memorable Moments sets. That being said, i prefer the cream and gold of the first set to the black, white and greys of this one. With the auto cards following suit and a lot of the swatches being duller colours too, it was a bit too much for me. I much prefer the normal colour cards. I must admit though that seeing everyones scans and box/case breakdowns has been making me incredibly jealous and giving me itchy opening fingers..LOL!..so i've just bought a 3d 2nd series sealed box just to calm myself down ;D : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : jhyler June 25, 2009, 04:55:43 AM I just broke a box and I pulled a Igor Karkaroff and Viktor Krum Redemption card, does anyone know how much the auto card is worth or would bring in? Thanks alot!
Harry Potter Rules!!! : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Bogleg June 25, 2009, 02:57:45 PM They go for an average of $70 on :ebay:
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : allender June 25, 2009, 03:26:10 PM I got mine there for $45.60, so that should be close to the bottom end of the range.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : stoney June 25, 2009, 07:17:18 PM There has been a couple sold on ebay in the last 30 days. One went for £18.19 (around $29) and the other went for £24.99 (around $40).
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum June 25, 2009, 11:01:59 PM Prices for many of the cards have been pretty inconsistent. If you're patient, you can usually get some of the decent cards for a song. I just picked up a variant dual P8 Yule Ball prop for $15.50. I've seen low prices on other cards, too.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum July 23, 2009, 02:10:40 AM I just received a C6 Dudley costume. I was curious about the design, so I went searching for a picture of Dudley's shirt. It turns out that the swatches weren't cut from the shirt, but from his shorts.

I can see what you mean about Gary Oldman's signature. It did make me laugh looking at those cards in order as you can really see that it seems to get worse on each one..LOL!. I really like his signature on this one though as i think it looks like the sorting hat! : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : LikORish-Spider August 22, 2009, 04:26:32 AM When i look at it i still can't believe that i pulled this card! (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v635/MichelDelving/cards/DSCF4781-2.jpg) Could it be because you pulled the redemption card? : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : stoney August 22, 2009, 04:41:09 AM GRROOOAANN!! ::)
I walked into that one didn't i. ;D : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : ladeeda February 01, 2011, 01:09:04 PM I got a box of memorable moments and I pulled this card.

: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 07, 2011, 11:03:43 PM Yeah, we knew about the problem with the image when the set came out. Kay gave me the same answer then as she gave you now. Did you notify the seller?
I'm going to be opening a box on Saturday for NSU's Open That Box Day. I'm a bit nervous that I'll get only one insert in the box (and it'll be a high-numbered one, too), but I bought it for a good price and thought I'd take a chance. I'll post the break this weekend. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 10, 2011, 04:15:05 AM I pulled a costume and an auto today. :)

: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : LikORish-Spider April 26, 2011, 09:08:27 PM This is primarily for new comers, all of the "olde-hands" probably
already know this. Many collectors may not be aware that there were two cards from this series with errors, or for that matter, that there was even one error. Artbox redeemed one corrected card for each error card returned. Strangely enough, the same heavy purple fabric was used on both errors. When I asked Kay at the card show I was at, she had told me that it was indeed from the sleeping bag and that they had two different sleeping bag materials. So is the second one really an error card, or just a card with two different types of fabric? Did Artbox confirm that one was really an error? She did admit to the Hermione dress one to me, but I am surprised that the sleeping bag one ended up being an error too. See, I am not a newbie and I didn't know this!!!! Oh well, my swatch is the one with the stars on it, so no worries here regardless ;)
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : LikORish-Spider April 28, 2011, 12:43:25 AM Here's a Sleeping Bag prop from Prisoner of Azkaban Update:

The Ci1 sheet (?)color is gray and extremely fine compared to HBPu and WOHP3D-2nd Ed Has anyone seen a POAU Sleeping Bag prop with a different swatch? Here's HBPU P3 037-190 Ron's Hospital Sheets. This was ages ago though.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : LikORish-Spider April 28, 2011, 03:45:15 AM About the question if Artbox acknowledged that the Ci1 was an error. No,
I never mentioned the Ci1 to Kay. There are other errors also that we know of that Artbox has not mentioned. For example the Beauxbaton Costumes with Karkaroff's white swatch instead of the usual light blue or dark blue swatch and vise versa: (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y102/LikORish-Spider/Harry%20Potter%2005%20Goblet%20of%20Fire/Costumes/GOFC7034-800-1.jpg) (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y102/LikORish-Spider/Harry%20Potter%2005%20Goblet%20of%20Fire/Costumes/GOFC9LtBlueError.jpg) (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y102/LikORish-Spider/Harry%20Potter%2005%20Goblet%20of%20Fire/Costumes/GOFC9DkBlueError.jpg) : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : kbmum April 28, 2011, 07:56:05 AM As far as I know, there were no variants for the POAU sleeping bag. Did you keep a scan of the card and it's number? : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : LikORish-Spider April 28, 2011, 08:36:42 PM As far as I know, there were no variants for the POAU sleeping bag. Both Anna and I were pretty diligent looking for one, too. I never saw a variant either. If I had you can bet I'd have a scan. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 28, 2011, 10:45:47 PM I just know that when I asked Kay about the same material being used in the sleeping bag prop and the Hermione dress swatch, she had told me it was an error in the Hermione dress card and that it was indeed the sleeping bag material. I think if it was an error with the sleeping bag one as well, she would have said. I could be wrong, but then we would want to know where that material really came from. LOL

LOL I wonder why then, that she also did not mention that the Ci1 card would have two different sleeping bag swatches?: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : rns91294 April 29, 2011, 03:25:44 AM Me neither, but from what I understand, there were a LOT less of the one with stars on it than the burgundy colored one. Maybe it is possible they used part of the sleeping bag and maybe some sort of sheets???
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : LikORish-Spider November 07, 2011, 11:14:19 PM Whilst arranging my MM2 cards today I found something unusual. A duplicate of card Ci2. I checked my other card wondering why this newly found one was not in with the rest of them. Evidently I had set it asside for some reason. I checked it with the one in my master set to see if it might be a variant. What do you think? I am showing the front and reverse of the card for your observations.

Memorable Moments Series 2, is not in the price list, don't bother looking there. There is a difference, I found it. See if you can. : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Bagshott November 08, 2011, 04:05:23 AM Is it that it states Prisoner of Azkaban on the reverse instead of Order of the Phoenix?
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : portlaw November 08, 2011, 04:46:25 AM It also says sleeping bags and hospital sheets instead of their costumes?
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : LikORish-Spider November 08, 2011, 07:46:44 AM Bagshott and Portlaw, both correct but still more.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : blackcat20 November 08, 2011, 07:51:41 AM It also says prop card on the back, but costume card on the front.
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : Bagshott November 08, 2011, 08:29:24 AM Also Ci1 instead of Ci2 - so it's a Ci1 label on a Ci2 card. Great error card!
: Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : LikORish-Spider November 08, 2011, 09:29:38 AM Also Ci1 instead of Ci2 - so it's a Ci1 label on a Ci2 card. Great error card! You got it. It has a Ci2 number (xxx-200), Ci1 cards go to xxx-380. My theory is that they sorted the card by the front and put it in the Ci2 pile for stamping the serial number. I don't imagine that there is a Ci2 numbered 104. The back is from Ci1, if they had sorted it by the back it may have gone into the Ci1 pile for stamping. It pays to double check the fronts against the backs, heh? : Re: HP MM2 scans and comments : ECL January 21, 2012, 06:56:24 AM Bought this one on ebay a week ago...I'm slowly building up my prop card collection again after selling quite a few of them. Really love the swatches on this card!
