: Home Made Decorations : Sharon November 13, 2007, 02:31:22 AM I am not sure if I have ever mentioned this before, but the company I work is frugally challenged. I wouldn't say they are tight (as I would get the sack ;)) but they make Scrooge look like Bob Geldof. Anyway this leads me to the problem of decorating a large office in seasonal gaiety. It may seem a little early but when you have a 150 foot room to transform into a winter wonderland with a pack of pipe cleaners and a ball of cotton wool the earlier the better ;D
The other challenge to be faced is the inter-office competition - last year it was make a Christmas tree and the year before it was decorate your computer screen. This year I came up with the bright idea to make a snowman, a very Christmassy thing to keep us all entertained (of course the bosses would have us believe that work should be our main concern but we know better >:D). All of which leads me to show you my home made decoration (there are more but I wouldn't want to frighten anyone of a nervous disposition ) and my two snowmen. (http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y95/Sharonh/DSCF0060.jpg) Little Robin Redbreast on a lamp (http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y95/Sharonh/DSCF0069.jpg) Cap'n Frost (:D# (http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y95/Sharonh/DSCF0066.jpg) Frosty Potter ;D Please feel free to add your Christmas decorations - it will be almost like decorating the Shack ;D : Re: Home Made Decorations : grecopa November 13, 2007, 06:19:41 AM Those are wonderful!! I don't have any home made ones, but I'll post a photo of my Christmas tree when we put it up.
