I love Secret Santa. Count me in again this year  ;D I get just as excited hearing that my prezzie is liked as I do recieving.

I wish I could play this year, but I won't be able to. Not even sure if there's money for me to play Santa to my own brood *lol* but we'll make do - just nothing extra to play with. Have fun and I'll be watching from the sidelines !!

Just wanted to let whoever my secret santa is know that your package arrived safely and your present is sitting under my desk tree taunting me to open it every single day  :)

Can everyone possibly post when they receive their parcel? That way every secret santa knows that their pressie made it safely to its destination...

Mine arrived last week... I'm DYING to open it...

I got mine a couple of days ago.  It's waiting under my tree.  :D

I haven't received my santa gift yet and will be sending off mine tomorrow.

Mine never showed but I have read that Royal Mail have 'lost' 2 million packages this Christmas - now that's a lot.

That's not a lot Angels, that is a national disgrace  >:().  Apparently Royal Mail have an 'acceptable' level of thefts and losses and this is within those limits.  They ought to be ashamed.

I got mine!!  A Ravenclaw cloak card and a graded BSG comic #4 with Starbuck on the cover!!!  :o
Here is the comic which now lives in my display case.  The Ravenclaw card completes my cloak set from OOTP.  I'm so happy!  Whoever you are, please PM me so I can thank you properly.

I got a very nice Hardcover copy of Letters from Father Christmas by JRR Tolkien which is PERFECT because the copy I have from when I was little is so beat up and falling appart  :) Thank you again SS!

EDIT I am pretty sure it HAS arrived, got a parcel notice in the mailbox last night (very freaky really!)...not expecting anything else so im sure it is my secret santa pressie. Thanks secret santa, I will be picking it up on the weekend!

Sounds like something went a bit wrong this year...I assume everyone did the right thing and put something in the mail....so maybe the postal service is the problem?

Maybe you need to check in with McGonagall to find out names etc, and maybe chase it up...worst-case scenario is that nothing was posted to you?

I know I was the Santa for one of our Australian members & they got it, but on NSU the Singapore member did not.  They were sent the same day (8 December).  I think the postal system is just screwy....

As I say I am not worried about me not recieving anything, but I am worried that the person I sent to did not get my gift  :(  I will send McGonagall a email as you sugest, never thought of that LOL

OOOppppsss apologise to my secret santa i  thought i had posted my thank you but it seems i forgot ( seems turning 40  and having totalled my car  has my mind is playing tricks on me lol ) Working 2 jobs these days doesn't help either.
To my secret santa thank you for the two wonderful carved dragons i love them. they now have pride of place in my huge display case ( Xmas present from hubby so i had somewhere to display my growing collection ).

Well, I finally got around to turning in my Warren Martineck redemption
that I received from my Secret Santa. Cool thing is, I did the Secret Santa
exchange over on Scoundrel also, and waddaya know? I received a
Warren Martineck redemption from there too! So I had two to turn in!!  ;D

ArgH! This is no good - can we have a SS amnesty - anyone have any idea what's going on? If so would they be so kind as to email me? Of course, parcels do go missing, especially around Christmas time, but often they turn up many moons later - it seems there have been far too many moons though now!
