: Postage Quibble : blackcat20 August 16, 2004, 12:50:49 PM Ok, so I won an auction a little over two weeks ago, for an Eomer TT auto. I contacted the seller, and we agreed on global priority mail ($5) with insurance ($1.85), so I paid $6.85 for postage. However, the card finally arrived today, in a yellow envelope with a stamp to the value of $1.70. Do I have a right to request a refund of the remainding $5???
: Re:Postage Quibble : Roz August 16, 2004, 01:44:55 PM I wish you luck - most notably we spent $19.99 on $3.60 of shipping, and more recently we spent $* on $1.70 's worth on shipping!
Certainly send them an email about it though : Re:Postage Quibble : savage727 August 18, 2004, 12:49:22 AM I hear you both on this one. I complained several times and the response I got back that it was not only shipping but handling cost factored in as well. ::)
Good luck. : Re:Postage Quibble : blackcat20 August 21, 2004, 12:55:04 PM Its amazing, the seller sent me a letter with the card telling me to contact her immediately if I had any problems. I did, and 6 days later Ive had no response, and she hasnt left feedback either...
