When you go to the "Ships To" section, the only option on the pull-down menu is the U.S.  He is a good seller -- I've done business with him before.

I must admit I don't take any notice of this any more.  I am bidding on a few cards at the moment where the drop down says US only but they have specified a UK shipping price in the description.  At the top it says shipping to UK not specified so I have asked them for a price.  I will let everyone know what they say  :)

There's nothing to stop you from asking if he will ship internationally via the 'Ask the Seller a Question' facility on the listing though ...  ;)

Well, if anyone overseas really wants it, I am happy to be the middle man on it, as I have done it many times for people, and really don't mind helping out :)  So is it printed on there, or actually signed?  That would be cool if it was actually signed...a true Harry autograph :)

On the game Emma Watson said they did sign the parchment but I don't know if the one used for the card is the same one. That would be cool since Julie pulled the one that has Neville or at least part of it. The letters go up to Nevill.
She was very happy about that.

No, I really wasn't, as I don't really collect props too much, but that one is cool, and I know how crazy Potter bidders can be....I was of course off by a close to $300!!!!  I really didn't think it would clear $1,000!!!!     CRAZY!!!

I can't believe that card went for that much.  I checked on it earlier today, and it didn't look like it was going to match the "Weasley Card".
It went for over $400.00.  Someone wanted that card really bad.  I hope they enjoy it.

Thanks. Yeah, but there were two very well-off people that wanted the card pretty badly, which doesnt look good for anyone else when that second person sees the next one go on sale (if it ever does).

Im not sure if it is against policy here, but does anyone know who this balwir2006 guy is? He seems to be outbidding me on every single card I want to buy, especially the 001/xxx cards that have been popping up. I could only get one (Ci2), while he walked away with the Ci3 and the C16.

Hopefully Ill win the P10 thats up now.

They bought a couple of cards from me in January if I remember right and it is a woman from the UK. They are not very good at leaving feedback and I think this has been reflected in some of the feeback comments they have been given. They are relatively new to eBay and at one time only went for lower priced items, perhaps they have won the lottery.

Balwir2006 is a woman, she has bought quite a few cards from me recently, but the only thing I don't really get is she gets her friend who lives in the US to make her paypal payments for her, but you get a echeque payment, but because now I am no longer accepting echeque payments, she now pays me by personal cheque which I received quite quickly, you should get payment for your ron sweater card soon.

It's impossible to know unless you can see more of the swatch to the left.

If you have a look on the inside of the binder you will see the names printed on the inside and you can match them up they are quite small but some are easy to pick out. So have a look if you can pick out the ones posted so far

Is the inside of the binder clearly printed or is it like the POA SDCC binder that had an embossed design inside?

it ia an embossed design like you suggested so it isn't as clear as it could be

I saw that auction with the "Harry" swatch and was absolutely astounded that it went so high! I figured $350-$450, but topping a grand--never saw that coming!  :P

There must be more than one DA parchment though, because there have been repeat names, which means there's a chance someone else will pull a "Harry!"  ;)

wow, it does look surprisingly accurate, based on the samples seen so far in the prop cards....I may have to pick one of these up! ;D  How is the quality of the paper?

Ah-ha, Juno!  She's a very good prop maker.  I would recommend her in a second.  I believe she was the first to come up with the Platform 9 3/4 ticket prop and the polyjuice potion page which was done on linen and stained to look old.  Now some guy is copying one of hers she sold him.  She does lots of paper props.  I may buy her 9 3/4 ticket because I never got one of those.

 

In the listing it says, "Please note that the DA list is a one-of-a-kind piece of art made by me."

It also says "3 available" at the top.  :rofl: :rofl: Hurry!

I bought one, Im probably going to pick up the Platform ticket as well, its beautiful!

Im hoping to be making some of my own props soon. Im really interested in making books. We also own a t-shirt printing company, so Im going to some huge resarch on Krum's Durmstrang tank top and uniform and hopefully make a few of those.  Ill keep everyone posted, but it probably wont be for some time.

I love the platform ticket too. Especially with the gold foil. I purchased a replica platform ticket a few months ago from a very nice lady seller on ebay here in the UK who goes under the ebay name of tmw17, along with a number of other HP replicas. My ticket doesn't have the gold foil but is still very nice nonetheless.
Along with the platform ticket i bought Ron's Howler, Harry's Hogwarts Acceptance letter, Top secret Gringott's letter, Knight Bus student buss pass, The Quidditch World Cup Programme Covers and Ticket, Hogsmeade Permission Slip and from OOTP, Proclomation Educational Decree no:27 , Proclomation Educational Decree no:24, O.W.L.S Examination Paper and O.W.L.S Exam Blackboard. :D
And because i had purchased all of these she kindly sent me a Moste Potente Potions page for free ;D

Note how The tale of Fred's "d" goes under the swooping end of the "W"? Look at the other 3 Weasley signatures.
