: Redemption Card numbers : Roz February 06, 2007, 02:18:30 AM Hey guys.
A while back John mentioned that in 25 cases he only pulled a single Moaning Myrtle card. I've just had my redemptions back, and my Myrtle is number 13 (erm.. .lucky for some, perhaps). (This compares to Sprout #34 and Lockhart #28). : Re: Redemption Card numbers : beatles99 February 06, 2007, 02:38:01 AM Got all of mine back today !!!!!!

They were sent off altogether on the 25th January so I don't think that is too bad.

Sprout 129-130 Dudley 109-110 Ginny 161-162 Percy 103-104 I have 14 more to send in so I suppose now i have this lot back I should get them off : Re: Redemption Card numbers : The Razzer June 04, 2007, 11:10:00 PM hi guys,
got my redemption cards back today. myrtle - 81 percy - 122 lockhart - 122 dudley - 122 sprout - 155 ginny - 187 : Re: Redemption Card numbers : gimli June 04, 2007, 11:57:35 PM my last lot turned up today and they were
Percy 123-124 Sprout 156-159 Dudley 123 Ginny 188 Lockhart 123-124 Myrtle 82-84 and with them my GOF rita 206 krum 183 : Re: Redemption Card numbers : kbmum June 05, 2007, 12:32:44 AM I'm really surprised at the low numbers.
: Re: Redemption Card numbers : gimli June 05, 2007, 12:55:26 AM I think sometimes we may over estermate the number of autos that are produced I can't see there being many unredemed Rita Sketa autos out there now and I would assume that there were no more than 250 of those signed and as for the moaning myrtle I would think it was quite low as we are only up to the late 80's so maybe not much more than 150 of those all the autos seem to be very limited to me and yet don't command the price that they should
: Re: Redemption Card numbers : The Razzer June 05, 2007, 05:36:54 PM gimli,
just wondering when you posted your last lot of redemption cards off to artbox?? seeing as your numbers follow on from mine. i posted mine off from isle of man on 5th may and arrived back 4th June. : Re: Redemption Card numbers : gimli June 05, 2007, 07:53:02 PM I posted mine on May 11th by international signed for
: Re: Redemption Card numbers : Sharon June 06, 2007, 02:33:39 AM I received mine back today ;D
Ginny - 182 Dudley - 122 Lockhart - 179 & 180 Prof Sprout - 148 Moaning Myrtle - 76 Percy - 117 Boggy posted them for me about a fortnight ago. Chris I think there may be more unredeemed autos than you think. I know I keep an unredeemed redemption wherever possible. Mmmm that's odd. Have a look at Chris' numbers compared to mine. : Re: Redemption Card numbers : Nienna June 06, 2007, 04:07:00 AM Looks like a whole heap of Lockhart autos were sent out or kept back ... how odd, I expected the numbers to be lower than those Chris and Paul posted, not higher! :o
: Re: Redemption Card numbers : The Razzer June 06, 2007, 08:13:17 PM sharon,
strange, your dudley is the same number as mine - 122 : Re: Redemption Card numbers : Nienna June 06, 2007, 08:19:03 PM I think somebody had a brain-fart moment when they numbered the accompanying letters to those autos, don't you? ::)
Makes you wonder just how accurate the number really are doesn't it? :-\ : Re: Redemption Card numbers : The Razzer June 07, 2007, 03:19:25 AM yes, brain-fart or typo.
i don´t suppose it really matters anyway. why don´t artbox issue insert ratios for autos or number them like the other props and costumes? or maybe they could just say how many each person signed, now there´s a novel idea! : Re: Redemption Card numbers : gimli June 08, 2007, 10:05:20 PM If I remember correctly didn't Artbox release the exact numbers of Autographs for the Charlie and the Chocolate set. Shame they can't just do that with the Harry Potter cards.
: Re: Redemption Card numbers : Sharon June 09, 2007, 05:49:47 PM sharon, strange, your dudley is the same number as mine - 122 Now that bit I hadn't noticed :o. I have double checked my letter and it is definitely 122. This makes a bit of a mockery of getting a numbered letter in the first place :(. You are right it doesn't really matter, I just like to keep the letter with the auto and think I am the only one with a letter with that number - any variant will do ;) : Re: Redemption Card numbers : The Razzer June 09, 2007, 06:16:59 PM Sharon,
same as me, that's why i got the redmption cards off :ebay: and not the auto so i could send them off to get the letter back. : Re: Redemption Card numbers : Sharon June 10, 2007, 04:25:13 PM Well what can I say Razzer - great minds think alike ;D ;D ;D
: Re: Redemption Card numbers : The Razzer June 10, 2007, 04:46:07 PM just out of curiosity sharon, when did you recieve your cards back from artbox?
gimli, got his back the same day as me it looks like and his numbers follow on straight after on mine on, i think it was 4 of the 6. : Re: Redemption Card numbers : Sharon June 10, 2007, 06:05:59 PM Mine arrived on the 5 June which was last Monday and they were sent to Artbox about 3 weeks ago, so they came back very quickly.
: Re: Redemption Card numbers : The Razzer June 10, 2007, 06:28:27 PM mine arrived back on the 4th june which was monday. did you mean monday 4th or tuesday 5th??
what i should have asked, which is more relavant, is the date on the letters that came back. mine were dated 31/05/07. they (artbox) probably have a standard letter on file then just change address and number (not all the time though) ;) : Re: Redemption Card numbers : Sharon June 10, 2007, 06:31:42 PM Whoops, it was definitely the 5th cos I posted straight away so it must have been Tuesday. All of my letters were dated 30 May, a day before yours. Curiouser and curiouser :-\
: Re: Redemption Card numbers : The Razzer June 10, 2007, 06:38:07 PM strange ??? dated a day earlier with the same number and arrived a day later. not sure where you live, but if its the US then it makes it more ??? cos of the postage time.
if you are in the UK then the turn around time was fast :o so, as you said before it makes a mockery of getting the letter in the first place. but i suppose that sums up artbox and thier HP series of cards and customer service >:() : Re: Redemption Card numbers : Sharon June 10, 2007, 06:48:21 PM I am in Essex, although technically it is London ie we have to pay for Red Ken and all the London taxes but don't get any of the benefits of a London borough even though we are one and I should really remember to take a breath when I rant about our Mayor and all the money he is spending on the Olympics and silly flashing logos and bendy buses that are 80% more dangerous than normal buses along with his absolutely insane building program of high rise flats when we are still pulling down all the 1960's flats that were not fit for human habitation.
So to summarise - I am in London and yes they did send them back very quickly ;D ;D : Re: Redemption Card numbers : Geek Boy September 14, 2007, 02:23:00 AM I sent all 6 of mine off a month ago (completely forgot about them to be honest). I got them back on Tuesday but the letters were numbered as follows
Lockhart AR-564 Ginny AR-565 Sprout AR-566 Dudley AR-567 Myrtle - AR-568 Percy AR-569 Not giving anything away there then... : Re: Redemption Card numbers : LikORish-Spider September 14, 2007, 05:00:51 AM It looks as if they stopped issuing autograph specific letters and are now just lumping them all together.
