I am writing to apologize to all for the delay in these items and to resolve these issues. The past 5 weeks of my life have been insane. I had to move my wedding up to accomidate my wife's graduate school plans. Not to mention my mother had emergency surgery the week of my honeymoon to complicate matters more. With wedding plans, moving to a new place with my new wife, honeymoon and family emergencies, needless to say, ebay has been my last priority.
 
The only iems that were not sent out were the sets because I frankly did not have time to build them. As some of you know, because you have received them already, all of the high dollar costume and autos have been sent out.The sets are time consuming and I did not have a free moment to build them, I just got back in town last night!
 
In order to compinsate for the sets, I have sent out unopened packs from the set. Each set ordered is being replaced with 12 packs from the UPDATE SET. That is nearly a $20 value and more than enough cards to build a set. The sets sold for an average of $3.95 a piece, so you all are getting a great deal not to mention a chance for more AUTOS and costume cards. I sent ALL packages out TODAY, over 1000 PACKS!!! So if you have received this email, you should have your package soon. They were all shipped out in white boxes, so keep an eye out.
 
I know some of you are very upset with my lack of communication, so any negative feedback left will be understood, I would be upset, too. I just wanted you all to know that I intended to make this matter right. I have been blasted all over the Topps Message board about anything you can think of regarding LOTR Update cards. I don't care if people talk about me, just don't question my integrity. I will go out of my way to correct matters. I refunded hundreds of dollars for items people simply say they never got, whether they had insurance or not. I am honset and will stay true to my word. Blasted? He himself sold and retracted sales of autos and is now playing the victim. He really deserves to be blasted >:( What are you going to do about the offer?

If you want a update set, gimli from this forum is selling them for 3 pounds each and you'd save on postage as you're in the UK as well. Highly recommended by me ;)

At the moment I am thinking of my retort. I shall await the 12 pks to turn up before doing anything rash. If I would have invested more that £4 in the deal I would have worried a little more.

I did have an e-mail from Gimli about the sets but cannot locate it .. So If you are out there Chris drop me a line
