I've finally caught up and see the first too episodes, its really good much better than I thought. I'm glad the Scots actress from extras is one of the nice people in it  ;D

I haven't seen the show yet but I remember when this started as a spanish "TV Novela" called "Betty, La Fea". It was a HUGE success, they're now airing a Remake with a different cast and it's been running for ages, as popular as ever here.

I love this show too!  Glad to see other fans here.

I really love this show, I look forward to it every week. We have had about 4 eps here in australia so far.
Betty is just adorable  :P I dont think she is ugly at all, she has a good heart. Cant wait to see how it progresses.

we litereally stop everytyhing and watch this every week..well not for the last two weeks because they have been reruns..stoopid reruns..but we cna't wait for it to start up again!

I'm so glad this program is online, I miss it...yes...stooopid re-runs. ugh.
Our good friend Angelica looks a lot like America when she's not "Betty" and I've always thought she was very pretty.  Angelica also has a similar personality.

Betty's hair seems to have got tamer as the series has gone on.

I love when Justin acted out the scenes from Hairspray on the subway! 

Not sure I have seen that one yet, we're only a couple of episodes into series two.

when you catch up in the series you can see more eps online before they are released in the UK. :D

Occasionally they will start the series over again on ABC.com and let you see everything.  Right now it's just the pilot and eps from 3/15 on.

Appently she's got a load of stuff in storage in my town, no idea why we have her stuff lol.

Finally saw that last week, brilliant.

I'm SO pleased that it came up quickly...I was feeling a little bad that I mentioned anything. :(  I got my lines crossed.

That door swings both ways.  We get all the good Brit programs way too late.  Way unfair.

Apparently the channel that shows a lot of US programmes has made big losses and we may loss them, including Betty.  :'(

Well, that's silly.  Sorry to hear that.
We need a TV exchange program between nations.  Might help keep the peace!
We currently have PBS and BBC America.  BBC America tends to show older shows though so we're behind several years there.

What I don't understand is how they are going to get thier profots up again if they get rid of the best loved programes ::)

Apparently, in the US, profits have nothing to do with good taste, so generally the best shows (with a few exceptions) are lost.
I'm almost positive the broadcast heads don't have their logic screwed in right.

On things for sure they will keep Big Brother which is getting very tired now. Most of them that went in last year where made out of plastic.

What a wonderful show & a great ending to the 1st season  ;D cant wait for season 2 and we are now waiting for it to come out on dvd LOL

Great to see it back but they were horrible to make us think Santos had survived, when he hadn't.
