I just got mine back today, #15.  I had mailed it last week, so any of you who already sent it in should be getting it soon.
They look like this:

Nice auto Jennifer - I was very curious to see what her auto would look like and now I know!!  ;D

I've heard that four out of the six redemptions are ready to be redeemed, and that the Percy and Ginny autos are the ones still waiting to be returned.  ;)

Mike - when I returned my redemptions, I wrote my name and address details on the back of every card rather than a covering letter. My reasoning behind doing this was that if one of the redemptions had to be held back for whatever reason, then they'd know exactly who it belonged to!  ::)
I also packaged each redemption separately inside soft sleeves/hard toploaders/team bags, so that the returned autograph would have it's own packaging that they'd re-use everything which they did.
I sent mine well-protected inside a jiffy mailer and opted for international signed-for postage, but it's your choice on the shipping of course. At least with the signed-for option you're able to see when someone has signed for it on receipt, which is useful.
The autos are normally returned to you in ordinary white envelopes rather than jiffy mailers/Global Priority mailers and they normally have a covering letter from Artbox in with them stating which number auto you have.

In the first instance, you should contact the Customer Services team here: customerservice@artboxent.com and if you prefer an alternative return shipping method, then you should ask them what options are available to you. You might have to pay for insured return postage, so I'd ask.  ;)
Thankfully, the correct redemption address is printed on the reverse of each card for this set. so that shouldn't be a problem.

Hope that helps Mike!  ;)

Mike last time I had a few valuable redemption's to send in I did exactly what Jules said but I did put in a covering letter as well (belt and braces  ;)).  Maybe it was because of the value of the cards but I got them back very, very well packaged and recorded delivery.  In the past I have just got the white envelope mentioned.

My methods: I usually put each redemption card in a penny sleeve and put a sticker with my name/address/email on the sleeve, but that's mostly in case a manufacturer chooses to return the redeemed redemption card "punched but unmarked", and Artbox doesn't.

I include all of the redemption cards I've collected for one cardmaker in one envelope, with a cover letter saying what's inside. They will send cards out as soon as they are available, even if this means they'll send you several packages. For COS, I'll probably wait to mail until I get the three redemptions I don't already have, plus the one redemption I'm missing for 24 Season 4 Part 1.

hey everyone ;D ;D ;D
thank you for all your personal methods of sending redemptions, its really helpfull. and all the information is  building up the excitment of sending mine. lol

i have sent a email to artboxes costomer services over the weekend with a few of my concerns, but what type of postage do artbox send the cards back to you if your from over seas???

and i might do what allender dose with attaching his info on a sticker to the sleeve of the card or the cards revese.

im so looking forward to it now

Hmm that doesn't seem quite fair. I sent in some GOF redemptions before Christmas and haven't had them back yet - mid-December time. I think I'd best send a chaser, and if I don't get a reply I'll give them a call, it's a bit ridiculous, some people have been waiting 4 months or so for redemptions ::)
