It looks good, but I don't think it's official merchandise.  I can't see a Warner Bros. logo or copyright (although the pictures are blurry) and the names of the items don't match anything from the books. 

yo0ur right none of thos e  lollies match anything we have read ???? maybe they are called differant things in the movie  ????/

The other thing is the label with Rx Prescriptions on it.   You wouldn't find that on a "wizard" product.  The box is cute and someone obviously put a lot of work into it, but it has to be homemade.

Could someone tell me whether the word skiving is pronounced with a long or short i?

It's not official, its from a site called Whimsic Alley.com. They don't offer it on their website anymore, though. But they do still sell officially licenced candy.
