: Artbox Redemption Cards Concerns : gimli November 08, 2006, 01:28:37 AM I have emailed Artbox twicw now regarding my Redemption card for a Quad that I sent in on the 17th August. I received no responce to my first email so I have tried again. I do feel that I should have received a responce by now.

Kay has only recently returned to work, so I imagine she's wading through a HEAP of stuff that has accumulated during her lengthy absence. I sent in auto redemptions at the end of August too and hadn't heard anything for weeks and weeks, so I thought I'd give it one last shot and she replied. I have to agree with you Chris - it's not the best customer service especially when it's a valuable card you're waiting on receiving and there doesn't appear to have been anyone else sorting anything out whilst she's been away - everything seems just to have been left! :o I'm sure we aren't the only people wondering where our cards have gone to ... :P : Re: Artbox Redemption Cards Concerns : Bogleg November 08, 2006, 04:31:50 AM I sent 3 redemptions for Sharon at the end of August and she received them, with a lovely "Happy Birthday" note, within a fortnight. Maybe there is a pile to sort out and we were just lucky.
