I bought a Dr who Binder from them, great and it came in around a week. Then I ordered a box of cards from their specials, got the confirmation e-mail. But since nothing and its nearly a month now. I emailed on the 25th Sept no reply, I emailed again the other day and no reply. :(

Dear Dawn I wanted to apologise for not shipping the Dr Who Series 3 order to you when placed, we were sold out of this item. I now have a box of Series 3 and wanted to check if you still wanted the box or would you rather upgrade to the new Dr Who Trilogy box shipping from next week Sorry again for the problem Regards ... Not sure what to do now. It would have been nice if they told me they were out of stock of it the two months ago when I ordered. I have lost faith in them. Do I still want the box, are they even offering it at the price I was willing to pay?
