What you would need to do is re-list the card under some weird and wonderful category and let the buyer know so that they can bid on it the second the listing hits Ebay. Alternatively (which is what I did) you can ask the buyer if they have someone else who can place the offer and you accept the offer on that Ebay id. BTW congratulations ;D

BTW congratulations ;D That's what i don't like about "Best Offer" :-\. I read that one can't make a 2nd offer after i made that post. The guy that was interested in the card did contact me by email and said he wasn't able to make another offer but was going to do what you said, place a higher offer using a friend's account.
