( about coincards) : Martyn May 30, 2006, 04:56:42 PM Artbox wll still send you the cards no matter where you are in the world. Your best bet is to write your details on a plain piece of paper and attatch it to the redemption card with a stample that way they will get the correct address.
E-mail is customerservice@artboxent.com : Re: Artbox customer care email addy anyone ?? ( about coincards) : Lacenleatheruk May 30, 2006, 05:22:22 PM Woohoo wow guys that was quick Thankyou very much, i will mail them first just to make sure ,and i really don't want to staple the redemption card i imagine it will be valued to a collector in the far far future.so i may just stick my address to it someway .. i will update this thread as to what they say to do ,when i hear from artbox. just Incas anyone els is in the same situation Thanks Guys very best wishes Helen

Hi Helen, In the past, Artbox has never returned the redemption card with the autograph card, so most likely you won't received a voided redemption card with your coin set. : Re: Artbox customer care email addy anyone ?? you people are sooo friendly and give great advice , i have a reply from artbox already ! ;D The advice you all gave was right . I can have my coin cards posted to my UK address and the address i post the redemption card to is different to that on the card so thanks mom !! just incase anyone els is in the same situation all redemption cards go to Artbox Entertainment 929 Calle Negocio Unit D San Clemente, CA 92673 Attn: HP Poster Card ( < or whatever your redemption is i guess ) apparently they are sending the late made cards out over the next few weeks :o= i cant thank you all enough what a great community Take care all Helen ;) : Re: Artbox customer care email addy anyone ?? But don't people think it is quite stupid for Artbox to change there address straight after making redemption cards for a new set available? If they new they where moving before the cards where printed wouldnt you have thought they would have put there new address on and save all the trouble of farwarding mail etc |
