I have always wanted to read Terry Pratchett's Discworld Series,but have always been put off as there is so many books,where do I start?. Does anybody know the actual reading order of these book's as the author intended,please let me know. The colour of magic (Wizard) Equal rites (Witches) Mort (Death) Guards! Guards! (Police detective) Don't be put off if you have problems getting in to the story its a whole new world to learn! Personally I still find the first three Wizard books a bit clunky, But they were the early books he wrote, and was probably just finding his feet. : Re: DISCWORLD- DOES ANYONE KNOW THE TRUE READING ORDER OF THESE BOOKS? : padge77 May 27, 2006, 01:15:21 PM Cheers IWOZFRAMED ;) :D ;D for the advice I have just bought from a sci-fi book club I'm a member of an omnibus edition which has both the "Colour Of Magic" and "Light FANTASTIC" together and can't wait to receive it as everyone I have ever heard reading says it's a very good set of books and very wacky and zany.
