All along, I thought song number three was the Beauxbaton and Durmstrang entrance. I looked at the title list today and see song 3 is the Quidditch World cup. This makes sense since the music starts off sounding Irish and then changes, but when it changes, I swore it was the same music from when Durmstrang enters the Great Hall. Is the music the same?

Sara I have the soundtrack as well. patrick Doyle did a wonderful job. My favourite tracks are harry In winter, the Hogwarts March, QWC, Hogwarts Hymn, Do the Hippogriff. :) To answer your question, when the music changes from the Irish to Bulgarian theme it is the same tune played in the great hall but it is indeed also played as the Bulgarian Quidditch players arrive on the pitch.
