Ok - so to make a long story short, we changed physical office space, but the PO BOX remains the same. SO, if you have anything going out to Rittenhouse Archives' Customer Service, please use this address :

or, if for some reason you have something coming to me personally - stick my name, Joanna Kohlbus, where it says "Customer Service". Do not use the old street address : 1653 The Fairway, Ste 200 - that mail is being forwarded to the new physical office which I no longer work out of. Complicated? Yes, but believe me, it's easier and simpler to send everything to the PO BOX :)

Thanks for clearing up all that confusion... I may have a slight problem though Joanna, I sent some points in by surface mail a couple of weeks ago - I figured that they wouldn't be enough to get me up to buy anything so there was no rush to send them airmail. I just sent them to the addy on the site, not sure where that was now, whether it was a PO Box or whatever - is this likely to be a problem?  :-\ :-\

Likely not. The postal service will forward stuff to the right address - it just takes longer.

It's just that in the past year, we've had 2 different PO Boxes and 2 different mailing addresses and people don't like to update their records *lol*. The address on the website is always up-to-date, so you should be okay, and I'll try to remember to drop you a note when your package arrives :) We're off to the Post office again today, so *fingers crossed* I'll see a parcel from you there :)

Thanks Joanna... I have a pile more to sort now and send in... and with that 40th anniversary set coming out soon... are you ready to go swimming in wrappers :rofl:?
