Can I ask a favour of one of our American Shackers.

I have Emailed Artbox to ask if they still have any Madam Rosmerta auto cards left.  I know the redemption date is well past but I thought I would ask just in case.  This was on Boxing day and I still have not had a reply.  Now I know it is the holiday season but I have seen that several US Shackers have Emailed Artbox and had almost instantaneous responses.  There seems to be a general reluctance on Artboxes part to acknowledge anyone in Europe (this is not the first time I have not received a reply and I know of another European with the same problem).

So if someone in America could send Artbox an Email either asking about the redemption or sending them my Email address and asking them to contact me I would be really grateful (pm me if you need my Email address).

I haven't heard of this problem. Get Graham to have a word with Darren about your experiences at the next Memo! That's outrageous!

All i know about this is that i asked per email something about replacements last month and never got an answer and the same with Anna (US!) who asked for the GoF Autos (Redemptions). No reply. The service of Artbox via email or homepage is really bad.  >:()

I just emailed them!! I'll let you know if they respond!! I have been wondering the same thing!!

I think if this G Mex thing is any good Memoribilia will be a thing of the past for old Bolgleg.

Memo's definitely gone downhill, but CI are supposed to be at GMex, although I don't know whether Darren will go. Certainly have a moan at them though as Darren's a pretty big customer of Artbox's ;)

This may have been discussed before, but I haven't seen it anywhere!
Can someone explain why there are "Redemption" cards? It seems to me that if an actress/actor has agreed to sign, why not get it over with and done instead of "Redemption". Seems to be a big run around and a waste of time!!  ::)

because sometimes the actor or actress has commitments that take up alot of there time and since there might be alot of cards to sign they might not get it done on time so the redemption cards are done so you can still have that persons auto

Hooray  ;D  You're a star, thank you.  I think I will definitely get Bogleg to have a word at G Mex, after all it is no more hassle replying to the UK than to the US with Emails  >:()
