It's gotta be Harry - in the Order doesn't it say that either Harry will kill Voldemort, or Voldemort will kill Harry?

Yeah me too... must read that again sometime. But I have so many other things to do as well! So many unwritten website, so many unfinished games... my work is never done! LoL!

It's gotta be Harry - but I reckon Neville's going to come out as a bit of a hero by the end of it!

Not so many games, but I'm doing some freelance web design. It's games for my gamecube that I haven't finished! Hehe...  ;D

LOL me too for my PS2 i cant get my headaround ROTK still. Actually at this excited wizard-ish time i may buy the latest Harry Potter game which ever one it may be, apart from the quidditch one!

Yeah I like the IDEA of the Quidditch one but whether it's any good I do not know.

I have heard that there is no Quidditch in this movie at all - that's no bad thing for me as I find it violent and frightening  :-[  ;)

Eh, my first post. Let it be noted that I am the original yak :)

As for who is going to kill Voldemort, its got to be Harry from what OotP says, but with the plot twists that JK likes to put in, I will not be surprised if that is not the case. Revealing that info so 'early' in the series makes it too easy. My guess is that Harry will be wrestling with this problem for the next 2 books (JK says on her site that Book 6 and 7 will be very colsely entwined) and it will play a major part in how he behaves towards everyone. Maybe he will try and distance himself from everyone because of his torment re. being a murderer or a victim.

What do y'all think?

Well I have to say, us Yaks are quite rare, but I have come across yet another Yak on the B3ta (http://www.b3ta.com) messageboard - namely "The Dancing Yak". Mad old world isn't it?! I'm still on the hunt for easter eggs. The trick is I think that you must click on everything, even if you don't get the hand icon. As a Flash programmer, I know it's possible to make a clickable item and for it not to use the hand icon ;)

If you want a hint, LMK. I don't want to spoil the fun of finding it for you unless you really want me to! The egg is quite good actually

We found the room with the door - which was a let down - we can rattle the door handle but  no more - is there a keyhole in the door that we might need to find a key for? I can't remember!

And we found one where you had to collect the spider etc for - are those the two you have found?

Yeah if you wait for about a minute on the room with the door then Peeves comes and writes on the mirror and knocks the vase over. But that's all. Is there anything we missed?

Edit: I see a red feather which looks like a Phoenix feather, but it's not clickable. But just to let you know - if you wait long enough on the desk screen, Peeves come along and knocks over the pen pot! Cheeky little blighter! And the watch goes a little crazy and this weird scary looking uber fly flies across the desk. Blimey, gave me a fright!

On the extras page I notice you can move the eraser around but have yet to discover what (if anything) that achieves!

Well I was looking for numbers to dial... but are you seriously telling me you remembered the number to dial from the book? I'm very impressed! (Unless it's actually subtley hidden somewhere on the site.... in which case I'm still very impressed, but ever so slightly less-so)

the number is 62442... if you look at the alphabetical letters assigned to numbers on phone keys, you can see it spells 'MAGIC' as one combination. I am more obsessed with these books than it is healthy to be ;D

I think he's going to save the day, i still think the procepy (i cant spell) is about him, and anyway he'll want revenge for what happened to his parents.  :(  :'(

Thats an idea... but i don't agree with the prophecy relating to Neville, sorry  :-[

If you drag the book with the question mark on it over to the left you will get a key. Use the key with the little locked chest on the right. Harry has to kill him. But then I think I remember Rowling hinting somewhere that Voldemort might not be killed. I know! They will kill each other or some unlikely hero will jump in front of Harry just as an Adava kadredra (or however it is spelt) is shot at him giving Harry the chance to kill Voldemort or at least injure him.

He who will not be named will perish as surely as Sauron did in LOTR's!   ;)  I like the idea of Neville as well.  It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Yea Ed that would be so cool to have a parody with Aragorn transporting in to finish off Big V!!   8)

Well I wouldn't be surprised... there are so many parallels you can draw between the two series, if Aragorn appeared somewhere I wouldn't even bat an eyelid!

How about a toon showing HP having a dream about Aragorn appearing and lopping off Voldermort's head with "The Flame of the West" like he did to Lurtz in The Fellowship!!   8)

I know you well enough Mark that if Aragorn ever did appear in a Harry Potter film you would do more than just bat an eyelid!!   ;)
