: New Paypal fee? : grecopa November 21, 2005, 07:35:54 PM I was mailing out some website orders today and noticed Paypal has a new button you can click on to show the fees of the transaction. I clicked on a shipment going to the UK and noticed I was charged .22 on a $21 transaction from the UK. They call it a "cross border fee". Is this new or did I just not see it before?
