Do you guysk now if there is a Sirius Black (Gary Oldman) autograph in this set. I have the one from POA and would love to have one from this set as well. Thanx.

We believe so, but we have also been told it's a tough pull. Then again we've probably opened around 15 cases on the forum so far without a whiff...

We have also heard about another super rare auto, but we will have to wait and see if that surfaces as well

I checked the Artbox website and they don't mention a Sirius Black auto.  ::)



But they also don't mention that there is actually a Goblet of Fire set.   8)  ;D

And they don't mention that there is a Sorcerer's Stone set since May.  >:()

I know people here who would make a nice update for the Artbox website for free.  ;D  Artbox is so terrible, i will never understand what they are doing with their website.  :P

Given that their official release listed the autograph, surely they have to include it  ???

Yes of course, Gary Oldman was mentioned on the Sell Sheet. So this Auto must be anywhere. I hope in one of my boxes.  ;D

How many redemptions do we have so far? Rita Skeeter and Krum?? Have I missed another one (I'm not keeping up well with the set ATM), we were told there would be 3 redemptions... wow it's going to be a killer if one of the super duper autos is a redemption

We definately have only 2 redemptions yet. If there should be three, it must be a "super duper auto".  8)

Having seen the Oldman auto from GOF I MUCH prefer the POA auto. 

Now if I'd only been lucky enough to pull it.....  I got Lupin & 2 prop cards in the sole box I opened - NOT that I'm complaining, but I wanted Oldman...

Not sure if its been mentioned but there is an auction on ebay for 12 (of 14 apparently) autos and the seller has both Cedric and Sirius.

Dear me, Gary Oldman's autograph this time is just some scribble.

He must be ticked off that his part was so small this time. ;)

I felt so bad for him.  Not only was his part small, but technically, you didn;t even see him!!!  It was all CGI!!

Yeah but you know what? He REALLY wanted that role...I remember reading that when he finally received the role of Sirius he was thrilled.

If you really like a role, I think you would be happy coming back for a second film no matter how small the role was...his scene was NOT necesary at all....he could have been written out completly.

Good point.  He was lucky to be in it.  Look at Mrs Weasley, and the Dursley's.  They were left out altogether!

He was thrilled because he thought he'd be in the films for five books and was disappointed to learn otherwise. ;)  He came right out and said that he was doing the role for the money.

Really? That surprises me, he's a pretty big actor. Although he's a Brit I've only seen him in American things, well American funded things (Batman was British but I think it was Warner Bros so it must have been American in origin), the first time I saw him was Friends, and you aren't usually a nobody if you turn up on Friends. :P

Who was he in Friends?

In the epidode where Chandler and Monica get married Joey gets a part in a WW1 movie. He's the soldier he plays opposite. He's supposed to be an oscar winning actor and spits all over Joey as he enunciates and Joey doesn't know how to tell him :P

Was he the one that was really drunk as well?  :rofl: :rofl:

Would anyone agree that Gary Oldman in 'Leon' is one of the best acting roles he's ever done?
Personally I think it's a superb film and he is great to watch as the insane, 'turned to the dark side' policeman.
